I forgot the young lady’s name at customer service but she did an amazing job filling an order from floor stock and cancelling a problematic web order.

The employees have great customer service skills, they are very helpful, and resourceful.

Got to terminal. No barcode on item. The nice lady just smiled when I said it. Didn’t offer to get on her radio and get me code. I had to drag my crippled corpse to the other side of the stop and find one with a barcode. Now that’s customer service to be proud about.

Depends on what your needs are but quite a few times I will have to order an item from the site that is not available in store. A few times also where it stated the item was available in the store but once arrived, on the site stated not available. Which is it? Also, placed an order for a box of tile needed for our kitchen remodel, stated it shipped, and it got stuck somewhere, no one knows where it is at and had to place another order with no refund as of yet.

They had a guy explain how much I needed and helped along showed me what I needed and then they helped me open a credit account best service in the county everyone was very kind and I came across different employees and they were all happy to answer my questions

I bought 2 fruit trees and I’m so happy.I can’t show you a picture right now because it’s too dark.

The employee provided important details about the refrigerator and the life of it.

Much of the staff is passive aggressive and condescending getting assistance finding an item is exhausting and discouraging when you finally do grab someone consider role amount of the time you'll get 5 or 10 excuses and reasons why they can't help and the inventory online never reflect what's actually in the store 7 times out of 10 and having to go to a different store anyway

Extremadament excellent store

I generally shop at the Home Depot in Orange, but they didn't have what I wanted. I was able to get what I needed and it was in stock at the Santa Ana store on Edinger. I DEFINITELY recommend the Santa Ana store and will return to it when it is convenient because my son doesn't live too far from it. So I will try and plan my trips around visiting my son. I have to say that the Orange and Santa Ana Home Depots are GREAT and the service is excellent.

Madeline at the customer service desk helped me to understand where to find the SKU on the light replacement I was looking for. Was kind and knowledgeable enough to look up the item, have an associate bring it to us, and rang us up, in what seemed like less than five minutes.

The moment I walked in all the workers were very friendly saying hello and helped with my shopping experience. Shout out to Carolann who helped with the fast and swift checkout.

We needed 40 regular concrete blocks, were told to wait for the blocks on the side. It took an entire hour after complaining twice.

Our Microwave went on the fritz so my wife and I went to Home Depot to purchase a new one amongst other items. Thank you HD for loading the microwave onto a cart and for the cash registry staff for making the purchases go through. Diego was our attendant. You could say he was "San Diego"

Today was a great shopping experience, and everything was easy fast all because Alfredo. The cashier at garden was very helpful. anything he didn't know he searched up on his phone and help me find it. He's a great example of what employees should be.
