Ordered an entry door and I was very happy with the knowledgeable lady in the Millwork - Doors department. Comparing with the competitor (Lowes) I was able to find double entry doors that are under $1500. Jendwen door at Lowes was only custom and over 5k... what??? I could finally change my entry door in my budget. Thank you Blanca for your help!

Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, not only did the associates assist me in their own dept, but I was walked to the next department and introduced to another associate to continue with my shopping experience. Very friendly and nice , I was completely surprised. I was able to purchase all items needed plus a few more, the store was very organized and clean. I will be back THANK YOU HOME DEPOT... Love the store and the great associates working there.

Most of the shelf products are a mess I just wish when I actually need assistance it doesn't take so long they need to re consider their strategies to better the store.

After going to another location and then not having in stock what I needed, I went to this location and found something even better!

If you're considering any type of remodel, you have to visit Home Depot!

This place had everything i needed. Moved back into parents home temporarily and it hasnt been updated since they bought the house, thats 30+ years! Although it needs A LOT of work im doing a little bit at a time. Starting with the main bathroom (the one all guests use). I got new tp holder and towel ring and wall switch plate, All same finish. I was able to ask an associate right away where i could find bathroom stuff and they directed me right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will be coming back to update my parents house piece by piece :)

Store was nice however walking up and down 5 isles to find what you needed is a pain. They could label isles better.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Dave Echevarria. We recently went to purchase pumpkins for a Pumpkin Patch that the Family Resource center was helping organize and Dave understood that we had little to no money for this event. He didn't give up on us. When the manager told him that she wouldn't approve such a steep discount ($40 OFF), he fought for us, he fought for those children, he fought for equality for the chance to make a difference and in the end his perseverance paid off. We got 13 pumpkins and a $25 gift card for $31. Each pumpkin was valued at $2.79, Dave saved the day but most importantly he gave us the opportunity to bring 'smiles' to so many kids in our Santa Ana community. He gave us the opportunity to make long-lasting memories with families who decorated these wonderful pumpkins at our event.Thank You for the opportunity to Bring this Act of Kindness to Life!

Thank you D......e, young lady working with the venting systems while I was asking concrete questions, for helping me to find answers for my project. When you weren't able to help me, you found someone who could. Thank you. I am disappointed in the checkout clerk... when you see a lady with four bags of sand... Please ask if she needs help loading. It was not a problem for me personally, at the tender age of 58 I can still handle it myself and maybe you do ask the 90 yr old ladies if they need a help,

I had to return a pricey product and I thought that I would've had a difficult time in the process. But the store associate was kind, understanding and helpful in the process.

At this Home Depot, the associates always ask if you need help and they will walk you to wherever you need to go. The are knowledgeable and professional. The cashiers are also very helpful and pleasant. Customer Service always goes that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I have shopped at other Home Depots but this one excels in great sales associates and customer service. This is why it is my store of choice to buy any supplies I need or rent any equipment I may need.

Associate Dave helped us select door knobs and deadbolts keyed alike. He said he had the same ones in his home and was very satisfied with them

If you are looking to have your keys made here, DON'T! They never work! You'll end up returning them and wasting your time! Trust me, this is from a 3rd attempt!

Easy to find stuff I was looking for and people to explain how it works

I had to get the names of the 2 men that assisted my husband and me in purchasing 3 toilets for our home. I can't believe their patience with all our questions and they had an answer for all of them. Their personable manner in which they dealt with us made the overwhelming decision, out of so many options, so much easier. They made it so much less stressful as they gladly called some plumbers that could install the toilets; and we decided on one of them right on the spot. The plumbers were even able to come same day to install, although our availability was not until next day.Dave even explained I could apply for a Home Depot card and get a discount. I cannot stress enough the exemplary assistance we received from Dave Echevarria (Lead Generator) and Frank Garduno (Dept. Supervisor). We were able to take care of the purchase and installation all in one trip. I just had to let someone know.Thank you for making these two men available to the public and keep up the great assistance!

Chip was very helpful to me in answering my questions about different weather sealers, and Georgia was knowledgeable and helpful to me answering my questions about my yard.
