Best place for "do it yourself" shoppers to go. Staff advises how to do projects and helps you with purchase.

PAM is one of my favorite homedepot employees there! She is so kind, caring and sweet! All the employees are great that I've met but she is by far my favorites! I hope to see her again my next trip there! THANKS PAM! I'd say employees of the month!

Horrible customer service from multiple associates in the store.

Generally, a clean and well stocked store. I shop there on a regular basis and am quite happy with the results.

This store is a disgrace to HomeDepot. No employees to be found. They argue with customers. Need to fire all except cashiers and start over with an all women crew. At least they will be there for you. Benny

Employees at this store are always friendly helpful and knowledgeable in their departments compared to Lows who oftentimes make you feel they just do the minimal to get by.

This is a good clean store. I was there on a weekend, when people were out getting gardening supplies and supplies for their personal projects. The employees were available to answer questions and the lines were not as long as you would think they would be on a busy weekend.

Everyone we came across was helpful. They asked how we were doing and when we had questions everyone that we asked stopped to help. Even better they helped us understand things about flooring. We have never done a project like this before and it was great to get that kind of help!

I was Greeted immediately and was helped find what i needed without asking and Pam the cashier got me to get an account I would not of done so if Pam didn't bring up the idea. the store was very clean for that time of day and shelfs were full and well stocked. I would recommend this sore to anybody who wants a great experience!

Unfortunately, everytime I go to this store I am reminded why I don't like to shop here. It matters not the time of day, I encounter aisles closed for....? Some times they state it is for restocking and others it is for safety due to needing a forklift in the aisle, but there are times when aisles are closed and no one is around. Asking customers shopping in an aisle to leave because they need to close an aisle seems like a terrible service approach. I do not profess to know all the things you deal with, but there must be a better way.

Don’t bother using Home Depot for delivery. They won’t have in stock what you ordered that they said was in stock. Then they will cancel those items plus others that they said they wouldn’t as wel.

Poor customer service.

Home Depot hires unexperienced workers that are promoted to department manager within 2 months. They are unknowledgeable and will ruin your home remodel experience. They have dropped the ball in EVERY area of our project because they have no idea what they are talking about!! Cabinets delivered wrong, cabinets installed wrong, quartz countertops I was lied to about, flooring they refuse to install but won't give me my money back for 10 weeks, appliances that were ordered but not processed so they had to be reordered 2 months later at twice the cost. The North Spokane Home Depot is a joke. Please don't shop there!

Shop at the North division Home Depot all the time and I’ve never had a bad experience there yet always have ample quantities of whatever I seem to be looking for.

Great selection, knowledgeable employees who are easily accessible and helpful. The store is clean and bright. Their web site is very user friendly and accurate.

The Associates at this store are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to answer our questions and help us to load up a BBQ in our car. We have always received great service here and will shop this store over others in Spokane. This store is always clean and in stock.

I came in for a project that for some people would be easy. However, I am a beginner at a lot of home improvement, minus painting. I had an idea of how I was going to approach my project and hoped that the employees at Home Depot could help. I made the best decision asking Willie and Josh for help. The two of them were quick to help me, customize my request, cut everything to my specifications (even double confirming my measurements before cutting [measure twice, cut once]) all while smiling and laughing. I left with a lot of confidence that I would be successful with my project, and I was. If you run into Willie or Josh, just know that they will help you as best as they can. My interaction with them put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. A+ employees.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, NO SERVICE.

This store has gone downhill quick. I used to be able to get help, now employees run the other way. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I had another horrible experience today, and it's the last one. Customer service could not figure out how to order an item from another store to this store, and I ended up having to drive 30 mins each way to get my item that they did not have enough in stock of. The first gentlemen that was helping me, ran off and left me with someone else to help me and while she struggled, two other employees were within 3 feet of her and offered no help at all and just stood there and watched her struggle. I just feel like they don't want my business anymore, and though I've spent tens of thousands here over the last 7 years, I will not be doing that again.

After visiting this store tonight my fiancé and I left ecstatic as we found everything we needed to completely re-do all of the light fixtures in our house. Bill was amazingly helpful in that there was two light fixtures that we wanted and he went above and beyond to get them from the very top shelf out of the pallet they were in. As we continued to shop while Bill did that for us, another employee Kelly helped us sort through lightbulbs and was very educated when it came to pairing them with the dining room fixture we had picked out. Lets just say these two employees went above and beyond in helping us with our experience tonight. We only shop at Home Depot!

The atmosphere of the store is inviting, but I want to give recognition to a kid at the returns desk named Rob. I saw him help 2-3 customers at the SAME time, bouncing between them and keeping it efficient, they even applauded him and it put a smile on their faces and mine, he did all this whilst others at the returns desk we’re slacking off. That desk would be in shambles if he wasn’t there that day. Kudos to the kid, going above and beyond. It was a sight to see.

Late at night just before closing, two gentlemen assisted me with deciding on vinyl plank flooring. They were patient and helpful. Last, at checkout, I received cheerful service from a woman named Pam. We had a great conversation, a nice way to end the day.

The store is always well stocked, clean, neat, and well lit. I almost always can find what I'm looking for but if I can't, store staff is always able to help. I haven't stumped one yet.

The customer service is immaculate, especially at the returns desk with that kid rob, he really makes my experience 10x better just by him being him, being kind, genuine, and surprisingly funny. My returns are always tough and weird and he always ends up being the person handling them, he makes it seem so seamless and makes my experience amazing. Keep him around forsure, the store is doing 10x better with him
