This store location is very convenience for me to shop. The store is very clean and well stock. I highly have been recommending to family and friends to shop at this location. Keep up the good work.

Vastly different than most other Home Depot locations. The employees treat you like family. There is a cashier in the garden area who always has cookies and candy for the customers, and even dog treats for the dogs who enter the store. I give complete credit to the store manager, who obviously has the qualities necessary to keep employees happy, the floors clean, all the carts are staged for you, and customer service is quick.

This store is convenient to my home in Upland, and there is always easy parking, which I love. Employees are always eager to assist and offer any help required in finding the right part for a repair.

The customer service i received here was horrendous! the cashier needs to be trained. I will never be back to this location.

Garden area was very large and had a great selection. I easily found the items I was looking for. It was clean and orderly. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

If you are shopping for hardware (doors, closets, bathrooms) ask for KAREN in the Hardware Department. She is excellent and efficient. Great customer service. She helped us find and selected the hardware easily. Very helpful!

Walked out if another Home Depot store, just to come here. The store is always clean, well stocked, and excellent customer service. Needed some locks and some other parts that I had questions on. Jesus did a excellent job helping me out and getting what I needed and was happy to do so. Great job!!!!!!! Definitely come back again.

Recently had an amazing experience at this store. All employees I encountered were so very friendly and helpful that if I hadn't already been in a good mood, it would have put me in one. Great selection choices and wonderful customer service. It reminded me why I enjoy going there !

If you need anything from a Nursery this is the best store around! The manager Brett is wonderful as is my favorite check out person Linda! I drive from Alta Loma bypassing a closer store because of the personal in the Gardening Area and the vast variety of plants.

The X mas tree set up was really great and the guys working there had such an amazing attitude!

Just purchased hardware for our doors (Front, French, bathroom, laundry, closet) to update our home! Very excited and wish to thank KAREN, Kim, Timothy, and Theresa for assisting us with our purchase!! KAREN was so patient explaining the current trends, colors, door special information! Generally, a great store. Employees curteous and very helpful. Gardeners might find the current choice if garden hose attachments very limited. The ghastly noise from the intercom that passes for music is the most appalling I have EVER heard. It drove me out of the store without my intended purchases.

This store, in particular, has EXCELLENT customer service, is ALWAYS clean and has an AMAZING staff! Out of the three Home Depot stores readily available to me, I ALWAYS choose this store to go to for my DIY needs!

There is nothing that I do not like about the Campus Store. Employees are always friendly, helpful and not rushed to move on to someone else. 99 percent of the time supplies in the tile and plumbing sections are available, but they are willing to check with other local Home Depots for their stock. Ease of returning items, even without the receipt.
