I go out of my way to shop at this store Alfonzo and The general manager Dez are a “breathe of fresh air” live this store.

Had promotion of a free Milwaukee battery with the purchase of select heated jackets. Store was out of stock on the free battery, but put another one on display with the jackets that was not free. Store would not offer to provide a backordered battery at a later date. False Advertising

This store has great helpful employees. It is a high-volume store and they do a nice job! Never disappointed!

Poor exchange process

I bought a rigid wet tile machine 2 year ago still doing the job. Good and efficient tile cutter.

Purchased an LG stove & GE dryer with the expertise of our sales person, Paula.

Once again, the Northlake store outdid themselves. There was an issue with my delivery, but Sherri The manager and two employees Christian and Isaac came through Sherry made it happen and Christian and Isaac delivered couldn’t ask for nicer and helpful people. Please keep up the good work and Home Depot should be proud to have these employees on their staff. Thanks once again for coming through on my whole order from ordering to delivery.

I bought several gallons of paint and Aaron was so Kind to help me out to my vehicle. Cynthia at check out was so nice! I had my grandson and she was very sweet to him.

Diana , was very nice she works in the tile and flooring department she help me chose the tile and she explained to me the difference between the tiles . She took her time with me as well. She definitely a great worker there.

Every time I go there, cause I have to. People are so rude, you ask for help they take for ever, I see people on their cell phones and they sent you to the wrong department

I'm in a wheel chair so not able to grab a lattice panel yhat was behind a pltwood panel. Saleperson said its right over there. Then i adked him if he could cut it for me . "No! We are not allowed to do that" yet at my regular homedepot they have cut it to the size i needed

Most every staff members are great. There is just one cashier that is very very rude and not at all friendly. She alone lowers the rating for this otherwise great store.

I buy a toilet cover and I surprise how many different is in the store

The manager an African American lady with glasses didn’t catch her name would not accept my return for blowers due to them smelling like gas which I emptied all the gas out. She did not want to take the return due to me paying cash she only accepted the 2 blowers under my Home Depot credit card. Very rude and not nice she did not want to return the chase back to me due to it being a high amount. I have never had a bad experience before at Home Depot this is the first time I have had a problem returning or shopping here. I even called Home Depot and asked if I can return the blowers and any location or just the location I purchased it she mentioned any Home Depot can take the return that was not my experience. Please do not advertise this on the website or tell customers this as it’s not true.

Bad customer service and Store Manzger should be available or have a backup. HD Lumber associates were busy driving the porter machine up and down aisles with music playing. Told me they'd be back in 20 minutes. Cashier gave me band-aid with alcohol wipes for an open wound I suffered while shopping at this store. Maybe require basic First Aid 101 to all employees and get them 2 flyboys to take mandatory training. Store Manager Shamika was not on-site which is fine but at least have a backup.

A stellar review for Reggie, who works in the front end: I had a fantastic experience with Reggie at the front end. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and advised me to let him know if I needed any assistance. Initially, I thought buying a measuring tape would be straightforward, but Reggie's attentive approach proved otherwise. He asked if I found everything okay, and when I showed him the measuring tape I wanted, he went above and beyond by providing a helpful demonstration on its use. Reggie recommended one that displayed inches, and as he assisted me in finding the perfect one, I inquired about Home Depot installing fire extinguishers. Reggie directed me to the pro desk, where a friendly lady explained that Home Depot doesn't install fire sprinklers but does offer the materials. She suggested I could apply for a commercial pro account to explore commercial credit options. This was particularly commendable considering my high rehabilitation expenses, and a commercial pro account could potentially help offset some of these costs. I'm scheduled to meet with the pro specialist tomorrow, and I appreciate the outstanding service from the entire team. Thank you for your amazing assistance.

The Northlake Home Depot is THE place to get your fresh cut tree. Great selection and the service ( Thank you lot attendant Shawn) was phenomenal. Tree was trimmed and ready to go by the time I finished paying !

I have shopped this store over the past decade, and I can finally say that the store never looked better! The new Store Manager "Sean" seems more involved with the customers and has a great smile and attitude all the time. Great work on re-inventing this store!
