I am always greated with warmth and enthusiasm. There are always enough knowledgeable sales consultants that offer help. I just purchased a house and so got a frig and all new blinds, puck lights for cabinets, and verticles among other items. The pricing is competitive. The sales reps were extremely helpful and the delivery people were professional. I will be back for other purchases.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for and my questions were answered swiftly as well as knowledgeably. I was then rang out by a lady named Patricia. She was so kind and made for a pleasant end to my visit.

We just bought our kitchen appliances from Home Depot. It was a very good experience. We do enjoy shopping at Home Depot.

The associate in the Appliance Department cussed during his interaction with us, and threw our paperwork at us when he could not figure out how to honor a 10% discount that was clearly displayed on the advertising in the store. Told us "he was done, and told us to have a good night". On the flip side...the customer service lady was accommodating.

Had a great experience picking out carpet. Tom, who waited on us, was very helpful.

Bill R. in Hardware Store#3015 went above and beyond to make sure I had an old lock re-keyed correctly. He spent over an hour because he had to make adjustments. I gave him my cell# and he called me once he was finished. I felt bad that it took longer than probably the norm but he was right on it and was very pleasant through the whole experience!!!! I have not had that kind of service in any hardware store!!!

The employees at this store are unusually helpful and display a great attitude Particularly in Lumber and at the pro desk- Terry and Dave in lumber and Annie at the pro desk are always positive and helpful. Today I found out why. When I was checking out with a load of lumber, I was approached by an employee- James, who asked if he could help load it. I accepted and then saw his picture on the store manager sign. He was a genuinely nice guy and others came to help. He modeled servant leadership and they were very comfortable around him.
