I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for years, but this store has everything that I’m looking for, not just product, but courtesy and the workers and cashiers. All working together to deal with any customers every need.

The employees here are quite engaging and eager to help.

I enjoy going to the Home Depot on 95th Street in Oak Lawn, Illinois. The people are friendly and are eager to help if you need assistance. The store is always clean and the merchandise is of good quality. I highly recommend this store

My experience here was outstanding. I will definitely return to the store And never go to the one in Chicago Ridge everyone at Chicago Ridge. Home Depot is rude and very unfriendly and get upset over helping.

Be sure to arrive at least 30-40 minutes before the scheduled closing time because the manager likes to close registers at 9:45pm.

They actually go out of their way to help you!! You don’t find that quality anymore.

There is nothing to really complain about, most people that walk in already know what they want. This store has most things i've needed for all my home projects, etc.

I just purchased four interior doors, and I had a great experience with the door department.

I am a lady who went into this home depot and ask for some help because I have an injury to my spine. I can't lift heavy things. I explained this to a staff member. He said ask what I needed went and go said product to me to a cashier. He carried out my purchase and loaded up my car. Thanks for a wonderful experience

I visit this store and others (Chicago Ridge and Peru) and I, as a long term HR guy can honestly state that the store(s) atmosphere is, and has been enhanced by associates who genuinely seem to care--and seem to be happy to be working there. I asked one where I could find an item, and he did not just say "aisle nine, " he did what I preach at my company--"Follow me," and walked me to the product. I was stunned. I am one to notice the good and the not so good and it has been a lot more of the former than the latter.

Cashier Christopher had an exceptional customer service attitude

This location was willing to assist and was patient. I appreciate the assistance my elderly mom and I received.

They are awful with customer service and will pretend you just have no idea what you are talking about. They threw away a 12k install due to utter incompetence. Then failed to process my refund as promised

Every time I come in I have no problem finding my stuff so I give the store a thumbs up

Went shopping today and Michelle was amazing !!

There were at least 5 customer service desk employees and only 2 patrons. Pretended like they didn't see me and another person waiting for service. Then walked our of the store and several more employees standing around.

Store always well stocked despite always being very busy. Neat, clean and friendly. What more could you want?

Our salesperson ‘Marco’ provided us with quick efficient service - we were able to get the exact kitchen cabinet we were looking for without any hassle! This cannot be said for the other home improvement businesses we had tried.

I bought the blue tooth vent speaker for the bathroom and it was a great buy and product

Home Depot has almost everything you could want to buy in a Lumberyard type store and in the quantities you need. Small packages or big packages
