I Wanted a brand new clean grill, bought this 22’ Jumbo Joe Premium the other day and I was able to execute my meal plan for the week and treat my family to a surprise lunch BBQ. The Home Depot got it all, from x-mas gifts to all my daily needs. Pro tip: buy a grill brush and Royal Oak fire starter for a successful fire.

I’m appreciative of the Home Depot in my area. The garden products are great!

This is NOT the Home Depot of years ago!! Employees are not only interested in helping you but will go to full lengths to be helpful. And they are almost immediately available and do provide answers rather than “leave you to fend for yourself!” On a consistent basis you will get a “thank you for shopping at Home Depot. I look forward to not only getting needed items but will spend time shopping around. I certainly appreciate the “new” Home Depot.

I experienced great customer service

This store is well stocked and employees go above and beyond. The grounds are kept very clean and the surrounding area has been mostly cleaned up.

Its my closest store but go somewhere else if you can.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot thanks to Rafael, who I later learned is the manager of the hardware department. He went above and beyond to assist me with what I considered a complex project. Rafael patiently guided me in selecting the right tools, explaining how to use them effectively, and prioritizing safety. As I was considering going out onto a small section of the third-floor roof, for painting and prep work of the wall area, he not only helped me find the right extension poles but also thoughtfully inquired about my comfort level with going out on the roof. When I leaned toward that option, he sincerely suggested using a harness for added safety, which I truly appreciated. Rafael’s knowledge, patience, and genuine concern for customer safety made all the difference. It’s employees like him who make Home Depot a place I trust and want to return to. Great customer service!

My experience at 1007 Home Depot Oakland was great. Staff was very polite and professional.

I looked and looked and looked and looked for somebody in a l Orange vest nobody was around I mean nobody and when I got to the checkout counter, it was just Unprofessional service and I felt like they didn’t really want to be there

You only had gallons and 6 pacs of succulents. I wanted individual 4 inch containers.

Home depot is an amazing place, workers are friendly, very helpful when as for help I sometime will order off there website that way friend could pick up the items while I'm still working & it saves some time in the store too,

Tools are locked in cages. You are now required to use the QR code to get an associate to open it. No one will come and you will get a message telling no one is available to help you.

The store is in a good location, but customers really deserve a more human shopping experience. The crime around that store, entrashments, and unhealthy scenes must be dealt with.

Although this location is convenient I prefer to shop online or at another location. The customer service is nonexistent. You can walk through the whole store and not find a single rep to help you. If you do most times they are reluctant or can't assist. This is on top of the filthy parking lot.

got tools the check out for getting tools released is cumbersomeness, if there were chits, cards, with a scanner you could scan for each locked tool, even on your phone app, you could get in line and pay for the tool while a sales associate collect the tool when you are at check out with out having to wait for someone to come to the cage unlock the cage, take tool to the front, wait in line. So have coupons with bar code for the tool with a scanner screen, take it to the stand check the tool at the cage so you can pay then and there and have the tool taken to the front, or at least you can get the tool with out having to wait, it added at least 30 minutes for me at the store. most folks have cameras and can order via the app

The first young man told me what I needed to purchase . The second one was a cashier He not only checked me out he went into the garden department and got the Soil and put it into my car

Clean up / remove homeless encampments Do not allow customers without a handicap decal to park in the handicap parking spaces. Issue FINES!!!

In addition to the bulb i bought i always buy water regularly because tinier water is suppered

I went to Home Depot in Oakland and I can say everything was nice n clean and the cashier was very nice and pretty I think I have a crush on one her name is Big Star I’m coming back lol just kidding but she was very professional and nice and fast !!!!!

I have visited the store a few times and I like the customer service and the proximity to my house. Good selection of products for the projects I do around the house.

Donita is friendly, knowledgeable and an all round helpful sales associate at the Oakland HOMEDEPOT. She makes the customers comfortable and she is fast and efficient. She surely likes her job, which makes the customers want to come back. Her kindness is appreciated at the checkout stand in the garden area because the closing of the transaction is just as important as the beginning!!! Thanks Donita for your friendly assistance!
