It took extra time and effort to find good 2X8 pt boards, too many knots!

great paint department, they helped me make a fantastic choice regarding staining a wooden fence. It came out great thank to their help

I'm upgrading all 3 ceiling fans one by one from Home Depot. They had a wide variety of ceiling fans. I chose the one that's equipped with the lights as well as the control. The blades come to sided to flip which color you want. They were at a reasonable price. I bought the 3rd one today at a great price and got a $25 discount by applying for a new card. Everyone is super nice in this store. Great customer service.

I don’t think I could do my business without Home Depot. They provide all the necessary tools and equipment that I need and they always have it in stock. All their employees are super friendly, never act rude, or like they’re doing me a favor just good folks my wife even likes coming with me, she loves all the displays for the holidays. They always do a really great job.

My one and only house key broke in my door and no where else would even attempt to fix it. But this lovey head cashier named Carol was determined to help me fix it. She ensured we'd try a couple methods before giving up. With her brilliant and quick thinking she helped tape my key back together for the machine to read it! I was amazed by how quick I was out of the store and on my way home! Her customer service was beyond exceptional and I'm very satisfied with my visit! I'm very thankful for her help with fixing my key! I will definitely be returning to this home depot and again!

2 different associates noticed I was in need of help and went out of there way to help me locate these items

We just bought a house and are moving in, so there are many items we need, tools, etc. So this was my first venture out to find some of the items and tools I need. I was first greeted by two different manufacturer reps from competing companies. I was looking for battery powered tools. They asked a lot of questions and quickly recommended a certain brand, even the one from the competing company. Then everywhere I went in the store every employee was super helpful and even told me to wait for the Father's day sale to buy some of the items I wanted. I just wish all Home Depots were like this one.

Wood area is not customer friendly

I live in a mobile home. The refrigerator is built in an odd space. I can only buy a specific width and depth so the door opens completely. Shonda in appliances actually made this a pleasant experience. She was very knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to my delivery this week.

You need to bring back my Cashiers 1 is not enough, You would have more customers come back. Last time we were there we in line 45 min in the do it your self check out it was Crazy, alot off mad people. Some of the people that work there really don't care about the customers I was trying to ask a question to a couple of workers they just looked at me and walked away.

Whenever I’m waiting for Paint, I am always amazed by how neat and organized the overhead storage compartments are kept

I walked in, was greeted, and the greeter took me right to what I was looking for. Because it was a small high value item the employee walked me to the registers, she was friendly and helpful.

The lumber associates ,Charles and Jorge were Awesome, greeted me and made me feel like I was the only person in the store...both deserve a raise 👍

Tammy at customer service lied to me. After the delivery person delivered someone else's order to me and she called me to ask me if I would bring it back to the store ( because their screw-up was my problem). She said she would give me a $20 credit on my next purchase. SHE NEVER DID. That was a total lie, apparently Home Depot just enjoys inconveniencing and lying to their customers.

The employees helped pick out what I needed. Explained how the products worked.

To whom it may concern, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had with one of your employees, Marla, on February 23, 2025. During my interaction with Marla at the checkout lane, I found them to be consistently rude and condescending. Despite my attempts to ignore her attitude, she kept rambling on. I was met attitude and an overall lack of helpfulness. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I believe that customer service should be about offering assistance with patience and respect and unfortunately, my experience at this Home Depot fell far short of this standard. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding any actions that may be taken to address my concerns.

The employees were very pleasant and kind.And they didn't just point to where I was to go.They escorted me to the product that I was looking for

I am 72yrs old and have a bad back. I always try to my own shopping and still do. I am always impressed with the electric carts for me to light up the rows. The place is like tool heaven for me. Not much I can say to improve your displays or stck rows...as there are great already. Just wanted to say thank you for all your special people do for me.

Was Madi in customer service was so patient helping us order a grill not in store and also helped us with our financing

Looking to change the look of our kitchen cabinets. Buying new hardware did the trick. We found so many color options, design options, etc. Bought several different pieces to take them home to compare what we liked best on the cabinets & doors & drawers. Found a clear winner, took the not needed ones back for a refund & bought several of the clear winner. All went very smooth including employees who told us where to find the hardware in the 1st place and then the lady at the refund desk was very easy to deal with.

Went in to look at a washer and dryer, as soon as we walked in they staff greeted us with a warm welcome. We were asked by several employees if they could help us find anything as we made our way back to the appliance area. Once at the appliance area we were again greeted with a warm welcome, and asked if they could be of help. The salesperson was very helpful and guided us through the buying process and explained things like delivery, installation and haul away.
