This was what we were looking for and it was perfect for our garage for storage

I have been to Home Depot in many different counties in Florida. Any Home Depot store is better than any other home improvement store I've visited.

Love the attitude of all the employees! This visit I purchased gardening supplies.

Bought several 4"x7' heavy fence post had to load them myself (74yrs old), asked cashier 4 times for help to load no one ever came out, after waiting 28 min in hot sun a nice customer came & helped me load all the post in pickup, service sucks!

Anthony in paint is a young man on the right track. Not a lot of people his age have displayed the level of integrity that I've seen in him today.

Normally I would have given this store a better rating, however I am only giving it two stars as I am being given the run around trying to get someone to contact me to install my sink and faucet. It took 6 days to receive my sink and it has been another 6 days and still not heard anything from the installers that are supposed to call me.

Soniyah did a great job handling my refund issue. Although her manager gave me majority of my refund; with the exception of a penny and the taxes I was due, Soniyah saw that was not right and took the time to find out the right process to complete my full refund. In addition, she regularly apologized for the inconvenience and wait time I had to go through to get my refund processed. Soniyah represented Home Depot well and displayed excellent customer service.

Every time have have visited the store we have been helped. Everyone we have asked for help has been glad to assist us.

I urgently need an 86 gallon well water pressure tank and the online information said that there were 24 in stock in Ocala when no one else had any. Thanks to Ashley I was successful in getting one of them and saving some money too by opening a charge account.

I was at the Home Depot in Ocala the other day, shopping for supplies for our farm office. I had two different Home Depot associates help me find what I needed and answer the questions I had about products I was searching for. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about their departments, very pleasant, and very helpful. It was refreshing to deal with people who seemed happy to help!

My daughter and I went out shopping for a portable AC unit expecting to stop at all of the big box stores even after much online due diligence of various models. However, Home Depot employees in the Ocala store were so helpful, there were plenty of units with great name brands and good prices. We end up buying one there and they were the first place we stopped. Thank you Home Depot and your Ocala employees for making our trip a one stop shop. My 19 year old daughter very successfully set the unit up all on her own and did an awesome job.

Stephen from Plumbing and Cory from Lumber are very passionate, knowledgeable, proactive, and friendly. Stephen helped us find the right copper fittings for different projects we have had (water filter, fix a water leak, and water heater). Always eager to help. In Lumber, Cory helped us find a garden gate kit and wood when he saw us trying to figure out how much wood we needed. Employees like them are rare!! First HD store in 20+ years where we have received a personalized customer service.

I have shopped at this store since the first day it opened. I built my house in 1995 from products from this store. Almost everything for my house was purchased from this Home Depot. I used to be a builder/contractor and I know there products are always good if not better than most other stores. The employees are always knowledgeable, courteous, & helpful. I always recommend Home Depot to anyone that needs building supplies/tools.

I have been to so many different stores over the years and was very impressed with the staff. They went out of there way to help me. For the most part you can never find someone to help you in any home Depot. I am glad there is a home Depot that the staff actually cares about there job

I am in investor in the Midwest as well as the south as well as a general contractor and have been in dozens of Home Depot‘s over the years Throughout rehabbing A recently purchased modular for my mother in Ocala florida I can say I’ve probably made 20 trips over the course of a month into your account or location every time everyone I encountered was extremely helpful eager to assist and had a brilliantly warm and welcoming attitude keep up the good work and whatever you guys are doing for training at that location be sure to share it nationwide thank you for your support and service for our community

Amazing customer service! Spent$5000 today and was only shopping for what we might improve our kitchen appliances. After speaking to associate we did. Very knowledgeable!

I did not find the electrical hardware I was looking for, it was out of stock. I get the assistance I needed. The store was very clean and orderly. The associates were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I am bying from Home Depot since the first Store was open in Atlanta. Use to buy items there to take with me to Puerto Rico. After I moved to Florida at Avalon Park, buy in the store near Alafaya Trail and now after move to Ocala at Marion Oaks by at the store at College Rd or if not there at the Village Store.

I came in to buy mulch around 4pm . It was kind of uncomfortable that the garden cashier was closed. Had to walk back in the store

This was the best customer service experience we've had in some time. Spending a ton of money on a new lawnmower and accessories is never pleasant, but Sharon helped us find the right products, was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. Carmella was also very kind and helpful. We told the manager, Pam, how great Sharon was, and she was also very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Great teamwork from three associates who understand customer service.

The store was neat, plants and flowers in great shape, employees spoke to us, bathroom was clean, check out was good, and there was a military discount for my veteran husband.
