I am from out of state, but when to this home depot for a quick item while on vacation. The exact item I wanted was out of stock, but the lawn and garden associate made a suggestion for another item that worked just fine. Nice store. Thanks!

The music is always ridiculously loud in this store and it is noisy enough with all the machines and people. Very hard to concentrate on repairs and supplies.

Very quick checkout lines. I always come to this store because they tend to not only have knowledgable staff but in stock items more frequently.

I own a condo in Ocean City, MD & go there several times a year. When I need some supplies for maintenance, upgrade, material for possible project ideas I often visit Home Depot on Ocean Gateway in Berlin, MD. I always fine the personnel there extremity friendly & healthful. They are knowledgeable & will offer advice if asked 7 will go out of there way to see that you find what you need & it's the right fit for your needs. I live in NY & while I visit Home Depot there & the personnel are friendly, I find the Home Depot in Berlin, MD by far the best Home Depot to shop in.

All was good but am noticing that I have to now order some items on line that I want. Is this a new practice?

was told I qwould have carpets installed before a certain date, after carpets came in I was told that wouls not happen and the installer tried to call me. I have no missed calls on my cell phone and in fact the date I was told the installer tried to call me was the date I check ed with the store to see if the carpets were in and was told that they were not. I was told they would do what they could to try to improve the date but could not promise that will happed. I am put in a monitary situation since my renter now is asking for a refund and possible cancel the rental.

I have always received helpful information when I ask for help. Associates actually walk you to where a product is located, even tough it might be on the other side of the store. The online purchase of a patio set was easy and satisfying and the associate at Customer Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me. Home Depot is my favorite store, even tough there are many others in my area.

Your store is really great with terrific employees like Jane, Wendy ,Jeff and Jackie. I wrote a long note with the other survey I took for Home Depot and I hope these associates get to see it because they deserve the recognition as they give outstanding service. At one of my visits to the store a very polite young man was loading bags in my jeep , I tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it , he. Told me he was not allowed ( I didn't know that at the time) and he let me know that it was his pleasure to help me and he seemed to be so happy to be helpful and he sure was a big help as my 14 year old and I couldn't lift the bags of soil in there our selves. You have very sincere nice employes who actually take the time to make time for you. Thyou Home Depot as you are a great store and a big thank you to the associates I mentioned as they are the heart of the store .

Some departments were somewhat 'sloppy'... merchandise not pulled forward. Merchandise product boxes either pushed far back in the shelves or sticking out in the isle. Most staff, when not busy, were extremely helpful, knowlegeable and friendly.

I walked into the store and asked the cashier where to find the door closer. She directed me to the aisle. I found my product and was out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

My experience at home depot was very helpful. The store was very clean. One of the cashier was very helpful. Her name is Sandy. She displayed outstanding service. I wish more stores had workers ,who works as hard she do. She try to keep a big smile and making you feel welcome.
