I was very surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were at this store. Several staff members went out of their way to assist me. In addition, the store was well-stocked and clean. Check-out times were excellent as well.

I always receive great service from the staff and Pat, the checker, is always friendly and effecient!

Very happy with the help received from the paint dept to the flooring dept and in between. DIYer (do it yourself) is our middle name and Home Depot 0417 is our go to place for our many projects!! Very helpful and friendly staff! Thanks so much for the Military discount as we are on a fixed income and it helps a lot!!

i was searching for a couple products and an Employee who was passing by stopped to ask if he could help me and he did! Never before has I been approached at Home Depot for help, I usually have to search out help.

My husband and I just moved here from Ohio. Eric, the man who helped us, was so nice! Other than our son and his wife, we don't really know anyone here. We came from a small town in Ohio, so Phoenix can be overwhelming. It was just nice to have someone nearer our age be so kind, who did not act like he was too busy to talk. Some times doing ones job means more than doing a job.

The store is neat and well organized. I needed help getting more stock from above and there were two employees nearby to reach it.

The staff is so helpful is educating and uneducated D.I.Y.er

The store is always very cleaned and the isles are identified for greater access for items customers are looking for.

The associates make shopping at this location a good experience. Friendly and helpful and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. As a woman I appreciate that they treat me with respect.

We required advise on a product for our home that we have never used before and were unfamiliar with. The store assistants were knowledgeable and helpful. We left with confidence in using the product and its application was easily understood.

Except for the aisles being narrowed by special sale merchandise, I find shopping here very pleasant. The associates are always so helpful and roaming to see what's new is fun.

When we drove up to this Home Depot we immediately like how the outside looked. It was clean and the flowers from the Garden Section was all out and colorful. The plants looked fresh and very pretty. We walked into the store and immediately noticed how orderly the merchandise was stacked and placed. The carts were neatly rowed and the items were straight orderly. There were employees like were smiling and wearing their neatly pressed orange aprons and they greeted us with a friendly hello. We felt great! As we looked for the 2 products we came for, we noticed that the eiles were very clean. Nothing was there to trip over or step over. Nothing along the isles to knock against your ankles and skin up your legs like they do in other Home Depot stores. Nothing fell on my head from over head like stock or a box. That's happened before. We notice how each bin had the same items in each bin and nothing was mixed and stuffed in the wrong places like to sometimes see. We were wo pleased with this visit and best of all was the cashier. She was so friendly and smiling. We felt to happy we came to Home Depot today.

I am handicapped; and people at this particular store are always assisting me without my having to ask. I spend a lot of time doing countless small projects, and the staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.

I received excellent assistance today at the lumber dept., Juan (the short guy with pony tail and glasses) was very helpful, and he gave excellent ideas, cut my wood to PERFECTION, and was very pleasant to talk to, gave me great advices, even inquiered about some professional stuff for me.

We purchased some beautiful vines. Especially love the one year guarantee. I advise friends and neighbors to come to Home Depot instead of Moon Valley (down the street) due to the guarantee. Moon Valley gives three months! That really hurts when you have them do the planting, and after six months, your dead trees are your problem.

All employees were great and very helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I came to this store, directed by online search, since the one closest to me did not have the item I was looking to buy. The help in finding the item which was not readily on the shelves was extraordinary. Two very helpful employees got involved in finding it, and securing additional help to go retrieve it.

When you have another home improvement store right across the street and continually choose to shop at Home Depot...it says it all. I had a pro loader help me get multiple boards, screws, and insulation and get through the checkout in under 15 minutes. Since I had a contractor waiting for what I purchased, I couldn't be more pleased!

Great service from the Store Manager and Cashier which got me back on the job faster.

Store was clean and easy to shop. Received wonderful assistance while selecting new flowering plants for my yard. The cashier and customer service desk associates that I encountered were also incredibly pleasant and helpful. I'm looking forward to my new plant purchases and to making additional purchases to add to my yard for summer!

Ali went out of her way in helping me. She is the best cashier I have ever worked with. She could handle any job well.
