I wasted time and fuel to receive wrong ordered parts. The parts I received don’t correspond to website part number resulting in wrong parts delivery and NO attempt made by employee to have the issue fixed so others won’t have to experience what I did.

Use the home depot app. It tells you where the item you’re looking for is and the app shows you various items you scan through to find the one item in your list. I say use your app cause the employees all seem busy with their own thing or busy helping other customers. And helping the customers usually take about 20 minutes plus.

Am enjoying the ceiling fan and kitchen faucet. Our son had no problems with the installation.

Employee noticed me looking for 2×4's and showed me exactly were the ones i needed were located. I was standing in line and a young lady 4 registers down got my attention and helped me check out. That helped me get in and out of the store quickly. The 2 lady are great at their jobs.

We hired guys for a siding job on Saturday. We placed an order for Saturday morning material pick up order. We got a call literally as we were leaving the house to get the order Saturday morning asking if it would be alright if the order won't be ready until 3 pm. Uh no. We had guys lined up and were paying them by the hour. She said they were unable to fulfil our order because they did not pull the order before they set up the monthly kids workshop in the siding isle. I have kids myself. The last time I took them, the workshop was set up in the classroom. Why would this location choose to set up the workshop in an isle where they had money pending to be spent in? Makes absolutely no sense and was poor management planning to do so. We ended up spending an additional 3 hours jacking around with the store trying to get our material that we wasted with our labor. We had to drive to the Midland Home Depot location 20 mins / 16.2 miles away. Upon arrival to Midland, the vibes were all different. The store was peaceful, not chaotic, organized, ample employees around to get things done (which they did). Opposed to the Odessa location. The lines are so long you can not efficiently travel the store, employees are hard to get to stop to help you, and obviously online ordering should not be an option until they get their crap together. This location has lost my loyalty and I will now drive the extra 20 minutes to the better managed location, because I will never do this nonsense again!! PLEASE SOMEONE READ THIS PART -- The Odessa location for the last year or so has had so MANY CUBANs or foreign spanish speaking men that hang outside the Pro doors. They are constantly walking up to customers asking if they need help etc. because they expect a tip. This is how they are making money. To someone native to Odessa, this is frustrating and annoying for a company to allow these people to crowd the entrances and stores to do this. As a woman as well, it is very alarming for random men to be walking up eagerly asking me questions in an unknown language. PLEASE GET REINS OF THIS LOCATION. THIS IS AWFUL!

Most items were out of stock. Boxes on shelf were full of wrong items. No help! Asked for help twice, heard the PA announcement but no one ever showed up.

Love shopping this store. Managers and staff. Treat you like family. Store Manager is amazing. Managers, Carley and Jordan. Always make sure. That, I find everything. That I’m looking for. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Thank you

Returned an on line order that arrived damage. Damage appeared to be a manufacturing defect as opposed to shipping damage, Also picked up a different on line order. Both transactions were completed quickly. I believe Avi was the customer service I interacted with. She was most helpful. Two individuals from the contractor area assisted in loading the new order which was greatly appreciated.

Customer service is something to be desired. Can never get help,always have to wait longer than need be. Employees always playing on there phones or standing around talking instead of doing actual work like they are being paid to do. Always have to go to the other end of the store to find someone to help you locate something or get something. There is never anyone in the departments helping customers. Vagrants outside always begging,that gets old real quick. Something needs done about that real quick and in a hurry. Over all,I am very disappointed with this Home Depot. If my job wasn't so close to it I would for sure go to a different one.

The times zi have needed help getting a product down from a top shelf, it takes more than an HOUR begore you get any help. I will get it down myself since I don't have an hour to waste standing around waiting for a HomeDepot employee to finally help me get what I need.

It seems the last few visits the employees are either clueless if they are found but most likely, they are hiding out trying to avoid customers. I’m grateful for the few that are happy to help but most act like you’re bothering them if you ask for assistance.

Not only were we able to get all we needed to help our Special Olympic athletes be comfortable I was able to use my Home Depot account for the purchases even though I had not brought my card on the trip. Thank you for hospitality Odessa!

Had exactly what we needed and able able to locate by using item placement and store map. Helpful staff to unlock gates for items in locked area. Self check out made it super fast.

I've purchased a 5.0 cubit ft freezer, enjoying it. Purchased 2x4's, and other items. I even applied & received your store's credit card. But, the thing I dislike about your store, are the employees who have never asked if I needed help finding anything, or even greating me or giving me eye contact. Until Audra helped me and showed me her friendly character. It's only because of Audra I will shop there again.

No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help and no one offered help when we had someone paged for assistance.

We went in to get flooring ordered and to purchase other items for business. Flooring girl asked us to wait to move equipment, then came back and helped another guy first. Had to wait on another girl to get flooring ordered for us. Then waited in line at customer service to check out (how it worked in our previous hometown) only to be told if it wasn’t being paid for by phone, we had to go to the pro checkout, who told us the exact same thing and made us go to another checkout! Then the girl that worked at our checkout laughed at my husband when he told her it would be tax exempt and told him “no it isn’t”.

Heather and Diana provided excellent customer service on my last visit to Home Depot. I have to travel and hour to shop in Odessa. I was having trouble charging my items on my home depot account because i had forgotten my HD card. Heather and Diana tried their very best to help me!

The cashier Merion was probably the nicest and most professional person I've encountered in years. I wish more companies had employees like her.
