It was a good visit because associates where very helpful and made easy my shopping needs. Also answer all questions about the items I needed to buy.

I can usually find some to help me with the many projects that I have. The prices are in line with the other home stores and some times less than some stores.

I Find that the Home Depot in Odessa TX is under staffed. I had to load 4 sheets of plywood and 50 2x4's by myself when I waited 10 minutes for a associate to help me. So they are either understaffed or do not care about there customers once the money has been received

everthing was fine, there is not much to say about my visit.

Its always great to know exactly where to go for all your home and garden needs.

I think that in the lawn and garden you get help as soon as you ask for it. I really like the way they loaded the blocks I bought.

Went to Lowes to get what I needed and they didn't have it so I went to your store and you had what I needed.

It would be more easier if we would have help loading our stuff in our trucks so we wont be there waisting our time looking for someone.

I was in the fencing department not one person was around. Had to go to other end of store to find an associate. Asked them for help they said someone would be there shortly. Waited 15 more minutes and no one showed up. Gave up and left

I've enjoyed it overall. It has improved a lot since lowe's got there store in Odessa.

This visit was the 1st time in a very long time that I have received EXCELLENT customer service at Home Depot. The 2 people that I needed assistance from were VERY knowledgeable and willing to help me! Fantastic shopping experience!!

I went to Home Depot to go buy some garden plants and I was very pleased to see that their plants were healty and looked healthy

On a recent visit to the Home Depot in Odessa, an associate was helping us when she interrupted when she saw a small child scamper up one of the tall, rolling, stock ladders. She got the child down and kindly instructed the parent to not allow her on the ladder. She explained the danger. Maria was attentive and possibly saved that child from serious injury.

The windows my daughter and I wanted were higher than we could safely reach. An associate helped us get them and made the experience fun for my daughter.

I was great to have people in the paint department that were able to help you with a very little waiting time. I actually went to Lowes waited over 30mins and still no one came so i took the paint swatch to Home Depot where you color matched it.

Home Depot is doing their best to keep healthy plant stock while Odessa is under severe water restrictions. I was still able to find a lovely hanging basket and the veggies starts I needed.

The store was very clean and neat looking forward for the next visit.
