The new parking area is awesome with the diagonal angled parking. This design has so many advantages for safety and quickness. This customer cannot thank you enough. This store with a great staff is doing their best to take good care of customers needs including pricing especially for those of us struggling daily. The checkout lines were long. Staffing was minimal due to the weekend. And unusual sudden influx of customers. All of the chaos did not stop the staff from being super helpful and kind to all of us. And several associates made this all very special. David helped me swiftly get roofing materiel that was out of reach with an awesome forklift that is designed beyond my wildest imagination. There was a craft/art work taking place and I asked one of the employees for help She left the show to help me. I did not catch her name. Johnnie did a terrific job helping the flow of traffic at the lumber checkout. Take good care of all of these employees The Home Depot.

This repeat is to recognize several associates. Due to limits on characters this will be very brief. Alan makes customers feel welcomed and is sensible and practical. Alex and Carlos helped me gather supplies and loaded them onto my cart. Michelle is a super cashier and treats each customer well even after the store closes.Olga helped me at closing time with roofing material she had to search for in the computer system. This is my second encounter and second comment for Alan. Without going into a lot of details let me say he did go above the call of duty to treat me and other customers wit the highest standards possible. Please take good care of him The Home Depot. Once again many thanks from a very grateful customer for the new parking area with diagonal angled parking . This has so many advantages over the other parking system. Thank you for the terrific prices. That really is a lift of the pain caused by some places that overcharge.

One million thank you's for the new diagonal angled parking area..be assured you have at least one very grateful customer. And the prices are better so we can try our best to better our homes. That must not be easy with the new higher gas prices but here is another thank you for doing a terrific job helping us feel a little less pain. There are 2 very fine young gentlemen that helped me obtain roofing material from the top shelf and to even add to their superior customer care they also loaded my cart. Take good care of Carlos and Alex. The Home Depot has a super cashier named Michelle. Michelle took good care to make sure each customer was attended to in a friendly welcoming fashion even though the store had closed. She did NOT have any ill feelings or resentment towards anyone for being late. Plus Michelle even took the time to ask if assistance loading was needed. Since it was closing time and I realize associates have families and homes I declined the help. I was hoping i was doing my part on being considerate. Now that was excellent customer care. I already mentioned Carlos and Alex for helping me earlier this week with roofing materials. Take good care of associates like these. They are so rare. Once again ONE million, no, make that infinity thank you's for the new diagonal angled parking area. That parking design really does have many advantages for safety and quicker access on entrance and exit from the parking lot. Thank you for the WiFi and the well maintained carts that roll with wheels that make it easier to push and pull the carts. There are those of us that are not in the best of shape and when the carts move easier it helps us conserve energy as well as less strain on our worn out bodies.

Store employees were very helpful especially the cashiers

The Home Depot has a terrific employee/associate named Alan who needs some form of recognition for working so hard for us. Alan is an honorable person. Take good care of him. We depend on The Home Depot and this store is enriching our lives. Thank you for carrying products that we can afford such as the Roofers Cement and Rolls of self adhesive roofing material from NEI. Please keep helping us by keeping the prices as low as possible. There are so many of us that need you desperately. Thank you for the WiFi.Please redesign the parking lot. This makes twice I have seen broken tail lights on the ground as I made my way to the store entrance. When I parked Ijust glanced at the ground and I had two 3 inch wood screws right next to my vehicle. If time allows is there any way a magnet can pass over the parking lot especially at the loading area? I understand that is time consuming and costly so that may be asking too much. This Odessa store is the best.

Staff us friendly, look for cashier Sheila, she is very nice and helpful and will make your day just as she did for me! Great place to shop and the workers of all ages are all ready to help and can even answer questions when you might have them, I enjoyed my experience and for sure will be back to shop there!

Not really good customer service, it took a few trips to the front for somebody to finally come and help, however, Tony was great! She helped really good and took her time to explain everything, I give her 5 stars ☆!

Please TAKE GOOD CARE OF Forrest, Marcus, Noah AND Mandy . They all helped me at the last minute. Forrest helped me load roofing material. Marcus helped me find the right kind of tape. Noah did not hesitate to use his device to quickly look up the items I was asking for. Please redesign the parking lot with angle diagonal parking. Thank you for the WiFi.The aftermath of the day was obvious for The Home Depot.The parking lot was fortunately littered with carts which is a good sign NOT a complaint. Thank you so much for the 8 inch flashing price and the 2x4x8 treated lumber price. Silently there are those of us struggling financially as many are but The Home Depot in Odessa is helping us the best way possible. I just noticed the Hanging Signs in the Isles for each section. My eyesight is failing and those large printed signs are a HUGE help. I was late getting to the store near closing time. My apologies. I'll try to do better. But still the employees were extremely helpful. Forrest helped me load roofing material. Marcus helped me quickly find tape. Noah used his hand held device to locate merchandise for me. Mandy did a great job of making customers feel welcomed even with us all being in the store late. The parking lot really needs and upgrade to diagonal angled safer and quicker parking. I am very grateful for everything this store does for us.

This store is fantastic for associates always asking to give assistance. The Customer Service Counter always has great service and a No Hassle Return/ Exchange experience. The carts are so well maintained that we as customers don't have to hunt for one that has good wheels that roll freely since most of them already do move pretty good. The WiFi helps educate product details.The only drawback is the parking lot needs to be upgraded with angled diagonal parking that is Safer and quicker. Thank you for all this and more.

You don't have to run all over the store looking for help .

Please do a parking lot update and complete overhaul for diagonal angle parking so it will make the transition smoother and SAFER for property and people. The Odessa Store is a super place to shop. Sometimes the lines can get a little long and the rush from other customers can make a cashier hurry customers out the door. All this does is makes some people nervous and in the long run slows down the process. This is a terrific store and I am grateful for it being here.

Please redesign the parking lot with a little wider and angle parking. It is safer and smoother to get in and out faster. The smoothness of diagonal parking is nothing new. Other store have that style of parking for a reason. There are too many close calls with property damage and personal injuries. The Odessa store is really a great place to shop. I am a grateful customer for the deals found here. Most of the employees are friendly. Thank you Odessa HD.

Good Customer service

Always helpful

Seems to me the people they hire are just whomever walks through the door looking for a job. It's a terrible thing to do considering a lot of people who go shop here actually require assistance in something and it helps when employees are knowledgable, willing to help and at the very least smile and are friendly. None of which I saw. It took me too long to get some paint that I needed not to mention how long I had to wait to even get help at the paint service desk. Its ridiculous

I completed a survey for a purchase that was preordered . A mistake was made on my part . The receipt had cashier Elvira’s name on it, but it was cashier Venessa should get the praise and consideration on assisting me. With that being said, and because of Vanessa’s professionalism, I have no doubt that Elvira is a good employee.

The store is easy to find. Service from employees is friendly and helpful. The wait time for response to phone ordering is a little long, but still very convenient.

Juan and Inez very helpful and friendly. Where very patient with my questions I had.

Every time I go into this store, I have a wonderful shopping experience. I never have trouble finding the items that I need for my project and if I want something that is not offered locally, I have never had a problem having it ordered for me. I have yet to find an associate in the store that won’t help me find the items that I need for the job. Good job! Thank you!

Thanks to the helpful employees and most especially to Toni in appliances i was in and out this past Saturday within 15 minutes, and let me tell you, the store was extremely busy. The price was awesome on my new Amana washing machine. Toni made the whole experience painless, arranged for delivery of my new washer and to have the old one hauled away. It was nice not being taken advantaged of either, Toni understood that i was on a limited budget and didn't try to take advantage of me.

The Manager Jason Loftin was on the floor assisting customers, working the cash register and anything he could do to help the customers out, you will have to understand we are in West Texas and high paying oilfield jobs are plentiful and in the retail business I am quite sure a challenge to keep things running with a limited amount of help. The store manager was leading by example and that is the way a strong manager operates by being part of the team and not the guy at the top pointing a finger

Great store and great employees.

We visit this store multiple times a week. Sometimes multiple times a day. That wouldn't be the case if we did not like this store. We love it. Everything is always easy to find and when it's not there are great employees to help you out.
