We were looking for an item that we did not have an exact name for and could only describe to the Sales Associate. He was able to discern the item from our approximate description and take us to the correct location.

A bright and happy atmosphere. Some one able to greet me and give a friendly hello and welcome. More than enough associates ready and willing to help with whatever you need.

I shop there every two or three months and they always have what I need

Everything was great except, we were purchasing a lot of wood to build a deck and not one associate offered to help load onto the cart or into our truck.

There are always people there to ask for help and they are always nice a very helpful.

This store was very clean and associates were readily available. The only thing I had problems with was that I had gift cards that I wanted to use to make payments on my siding, windows and gutters. Most sales associates had no idea what a "siebel" number was. The just assumed I was trying to make a credit card payment with gift cards which I was not. This was taken care of very quickly by their manager and any problem was solved. Thank you!

WE NEEDED A LOT OF BUILDING SUPPLIES FOR A PROJECT AND THE DELIVERY FOR OUR AREA 3 MILES FROM STORE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR 3 MORE DAYS BUT OUR CONTRACTOR NEEDED SOME OF THIS MATERIAL SOONER. I VOLUNTEERD TO PICK UP SUPPLIES WITH MY TRAILER. THE ASSOCIATES DENNY AND DALE HELPED US WITH COLLECTING THE PRODUCTS AND ALSO LOADED THEM FOR US WITH A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE. I HAVE NEVER WENT TO THE DEPOT WITHOUT SOMEONE ASKING ME IF I NEEDED HELP LOCATING PRODUCTS. ALWAYS CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY. THIS STORE IS A NICE ADDITION TO OUR COMMUNITY THANK YOU LARRY S

We purchased a new shower, hot water heater and everything needed to install both today. Barb and Dave were great. They walked us through buying what we would need and even made suggestions on how do make the job easier.

Home Depot has always had what I'm looking for and offers a wide variety at different price points. I usually walk away with something 'not on the list' just because it is such a good price. Associates are always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Had a question and received immediate curteous help. Passed another who was nice and asked how we were doing. Checking out was busy and another teller promptly opened another register. Things could not have went better for us. Thanks

Last week we had purchased this paint for our deck and then we needed more so my husband went to get another five gallons. He found a paper that said there would be a $20 rebate starting 7/2/2015 and we could not get it when he purchased it. We feel we could have been informed this was going to happen and we would have waited to purchase all the paint since it is not cheap. We had to purchase the additional and not able to wait because we had someone painting our deck.we buy a lot of things at Home Depot and we just thinks it would have been nice if someone had informed us of the rebate then we would have waited.

My wife hates going to Home Depot with me because even when I know exactly what I intend to purchase I stray and add to my wish list. Every experience I have had, not only with our local store, has been satisfying. Upon occasion I have found it takes time for the knowledgeable associate to attend to my needs though I realize I am not the only customer in the store. If one is outside their particular expertise they readily contact another associate who is and I always find the information I request.

This store is always neat and orderly and the staff is always friendly helpful and sometimes even funny.

The Home Depot in Cranberry, PA is a fun place for my husband and I to shop. There are always new things to see and we regularly get new ideas for improving our home and yard. We are not young people and the staff are cheerful and willing to help us load our truck when we purchase heavy items such as retaining wall blocks. I can spend hours looking around this store! We also appreciate very much the military discount that my husband receives and it makes me smile every time an associate thanks him for his service.

The people at the Paint section were helpful, nice and new what they were talking. Nice to go in and get the help you need.

David who works in Lawn and Garden was a great help! He made suggestions to me that I could use and hadn't realized. Planting soil vs fill soil, etc.

The help that the store associates gave me was really great! They went above the call of duty! I will go back to this store because of them.

The store is clean, organized, and well stocked with items. I find the sales representatives very willing and helpful, but sometimes they are scarce. I have actually used my phone to call the front desk to get an associate to come to me in a department. That may be a feature you could advertise in some way.

Checking out the cashier didn't know the price, so she made her own price up for the products! Began arguementive when told it's not the price she rung up! She eventually gave it to me for the right price that was listed in store, at the end she didn't even apologize for her screw up!
