The store associate that I dealt with was a woman and I was quite impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness.

I needed some perennial plants and mulch for my Mother in laws garden and the store had everything I needed and it was very easy getting out of the garden center. Thanks!

I liked that the products that I needed today at the store was in stock and easy to get from the store shelves.

Of all the Home Depot stores I visit, the store on route 9 in Old Bridge , NJ. is the one I like the best. I seem to get the right kind of help when I need it. Over a year ago working with Kim in the Kitchen design Dept.went very well for me. I was very pleased with the way my new Kitchen turned out. I seem to get the right help any time I am there. I give that store a 10!

the store was empty as alway easy to find all the items i was looking for when i went to different isles few associates asked me if i need assistance and they were very helpful

It makes all the difference when you visit Home Depot and the sales associate makes you top priority, answers all your questions and follows the sale all the way through. A lot of effort was put into the design of the kitchen cabinets and granite and which manufactures to use.

THE STORE IS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. i LIKE SHOPPING THERE.

Easy in, easy out, products always in the same location no need to search a large store for simple items. All the employees you pass greet you with a smile. The store is always clean, well lit, and well organized.

Home Depot took back a high efficiency washer that we did not like at all. We then purchased a new "regular" machine. Everything was coordinated so that we did the return and delivery the same day (on a Saturday). We appreciate not being stuck with a "lemon", which was not cheap to begin with! The service in the appliance department by Brian and Lou was outstanding. We would highly recommend your store, as I think if we purchased the original machine elsewhere we would have been stuck with it!

It is a good store in my neighborhood wasy to get to and with anything I may need for my home.

American Flag 3 x 5 not in stock. A very small and disrespectful display of flags. Wanted to by bags of manure for my garden not in stock. This is typical of this store not having items in stock during the season when these items should be fully stocked.

Every time I come in, I'm greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. The cashiers, the Tool guys, the managers- everyone is looking to help in a friendly way. I'm a Home Depot-goer as it is, but this is by far my favorite store to come into, especially when I need help or direction. Thank you everybody! Special thanks to Enrico & Justus from Tools, and Rob from the garden center- you guys are always great!

Needed help to replace a leaky valved paired with a water line in the back of my washing machine. The sales associate in the plumbing department could not have been kinder and accommodating to me in helping me resolve my problem if he tried. Thank you Home Depot and thank you Roger for your professionalism and kindness. Mark me down as a very happy customer.
