We have both large chain lumber stores in town and I believe HD personal take their jobs very seriously and are always willing to help.

The employees at this store are the kindest, most well informed and friendly employees I have met at any Home Depot store throughout the country, The one thing I would like to see at your stores are more friendly employees who are happy to help as these employees do.

What ever home repair or purchase you need the associates are there to help you.

store seems to have too many inside kiosk with aggressive salesmen selling such this as in this case solar panels.. he was very rude and I did not appreciate his attitude towards me when I said I was not interested and couldn't afford the high price anyway. he was relentless in his pursuit of getting a sale.

I bought my kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances through the Oneonta Home Depot. They were amazing from the start to finish. We had some issues along the way that were dealt with immediately. The employees at Home Depot dealt with the companies/manufacturers directly. They set up convenient delivery times to exchange items. They made the experience stress free. I would like to thank personally Jim M., Jamie F., Jenn/COS, and Adam C. They are an amazing team that work well together. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot and recommend their kitchen specialist to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen.

A pleasant experience overall, and friendly and helpful staff, even though they don't always have all the answers to my questions without asking a few more associates.

Staff is knowledgable and willing to help. They will walk with you to show you where a product is.

We purchased a refrigerator and had trouble with the delivery (it was outsourced). We offered to take the floor model if Home Depot would deliver it and remove the old one. They were there bright and early the next day. We are completely satisfied. Sales staff and other store personnel were wonderful.

Home Depot staff are educated about the whole store, not just their area of expertise. Ask staff at their competitor's and there's a blank look and the customer goes along searching together for another employee in hopes of an answer. It's a timesaver and inspires trust. I won't ever got to the competitor first or at all!

Was looking to buy a Ryobi Impact Driver and only one on shelf was display. A associate came by and said they just got a large shipment of tools in and would go in the warehouse and see if any came in. Which they did and brought mine out and extras to restock shelf.

Everyone is very friendly, and happy to help with directions and advice.

I don't live in this area, was visiting family. The employees here are very courteous and nice.

The store was clean well stocked and customer service was great

We were shopping for a small wheelbarrow, which we saw outside the store. An associate went to get us one from the gardening area, didn't realize there were some outside at the other end of the store. The one he brought to us was very dirty and had a few scratches, he gave us a nice discount because it was very dirty and didn't look brand-new. We consider this excellent customer service, which is very important to us as we get older.

Everything is easy to find, and plenty of it. The carts work well, no broken wheels. Checkout is easy and fast.

Home Depot has a great selection and great customer service.

Went in just minutes prior to closing in need of an o-ring for a faucet that was leaking. I asked for help,was directed to the right aisle, and thank goodness there was one of the right size o-ring left on the hook. Checked out at the courtesy desk.

I HAD TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS FOR MY HOME, AMY AND ADAM WERE THE "GO TO" PEOPLE. THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND I WAS GETTING THE MOST FOR MY MONEY. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS STORE AS MY PRIMARY GO TO PLACE FOR ALL MY HOME NEEDS.
