The sore was well laid out and I found what I wanted with the help of the associates at the store.

Mike in the paint dept is awesome. He's professional, knowledgeable and personable. I worked a number of large projects thru Mike since last year and he remembers project material details. Thanks, Mike, more projects this year!

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, I WAS ABLE TO FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Once someone stopped to help me they found what I needed in less then 45 seconds and I was on my way. Sometimes finding the right person to help is all thats needed.

Tonnia was so helpful in helping us to design our kitchen, I went to Lowes the day after expecting the same exemplary service I received at Home Depot and was sadly disappointed. Without even finishing over there I ran back to Tonnia and order my cabinets the next day. She was so helpful and accommodating with all my questions and requests. If you are looking for a new kitchen go and visit her! She is wonderful :)

Today I was on a mission to purchase a washer and dryer. I was thinking i was going to have to stop at several locations to find the price to meet my budget, I was wrong!! In a matter of 30 minutes I not only was able to get what i needed but for a better then my budget price. I was in and out quick like and will have my new machines this week. VERY PLEASED!! Thank you Home Depot for, again awesome service!!!!

My wife and I spent a good amount of time going over the paint color selections in the store. The paint chip displays were very organized and plentiful. If you can't locate a color that you like, then it most likely doesn't exist. The paint descriptions are very informative and easy to read. Our Associate was very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our purchases. Even the cashier greeted us with a smile. It was a pleasant day at Home Depot.

As regular Home Depot shoppers, we frequent stores in various locations in New York and Vermont. We recently went to the Oneonta NY store and were very happy with the staff, who without exception, were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. the store was neat and clean ,and we gained knowledge about products we were interested in. We were able to arrange an appointment for inspection of our mini split unit, which is not working properly which was an added and unexpected bonus. We would choose this store, again, based upon our recent experience.

Pro Desk Manager went out of her way to find me the item I needed. She was very knowledgeable and provided great and friendly service. As a home improvement professional, I would highly recommend the Pro Desk services at the Oneonta Home Depot.

Staff members are always friendly and helpful. There are many employees so finding help is not a problem. The store is well lit, very clean, and well organized. I always find new and fun things and ideas while strolling around the store. Cashier Alicia was fun to work with, very helpful, and went out of her way to make sure the check-out process was smooth and quick. The crew at the special order/return desk are always friendly even if they are busy. Only negative is that it can be very frustrating to find flatbed carts in the store- they should be brought inside more frequently. Thanks Home Depot Oneonta!!!

I am always pleased to visit the store. In my travels, i would rather go out of my way to visit the oneonta home depot than shop anywhere else

The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. They made having to purchase a new appliance very easy and stress free. Today's visit was the best by far that I have had at any Home Depot store. The only thing that I can suggest is that when you buy a major appliance you should include all wires and hoses needed to set up the new item. When I looked at the appliance a few days prior to purchasing it I was not aware that I would have to purchase the power cord separately for an additional $21.

The Associate that assisted us was very informed of the products available and answered our questions completely.

Thank God a customer was loading his truck & offered to help me lift that heavy toilet box in my SUV. I should have asked for help, but other customers were asked, but not me.

I was extremely happy with the way Jaimie from Kitchens and the assistant store manager helped us in making our order for new cabinets and granite counter top. Extremely polite and helpful along with being very patient!!!!

At times associates can be hard to find, but when you pin one down he/she is very helpful and will bring you to your requested item or call an associate who can. The paint department is very helpful. The crew in appliances is wonderful. Phyllis is a cashier that we seek out when there because she is friendly and exceedingly helpful. My husband and I have been remodeling a log cabin since July and have visited every area of this Home Depot. The only sales associate we avoid is a girl in the door/window section because we really don't want to deal with attitude and drama and she exudes both. We love the halloween and Christmas decor, and the garden center is awesome!!!! The garden center employees have not struck my fancy as very helpful, however. GET MORE FLAT/LARGE ITEM/LUMBER CARTS!!!!

David K. in flooring was awesome start to finish. Offered layout suggestions that resulted in an amazing floor tile job. His product knowledge and experience made all the difference.
