Yes I have been remodeling my house for the past two years and I would say all the materials that I bought and rentals that I’ve gotten to redo hardwood floors the tile that I bought there were two bathrooms steps into my kitchen and I am ordering tile for my kitchen counters I’ve done most of the work myself and I’ve also ordered wallpaper from you and it was lovely just absolutely gorgeous very happy with all the products. Thank you!!

We are remodeling our upstairs bath. The shower we ordered was broken. The mirror we ordered arrived at a different city. The staff in the store at the that time could not care less

I ordered black sink which came in with film all over it,scratches and knicks

The Ontario Home Depot is fantastic. The employees that we have engaged with have been helpful. We are renovating a house and have been regular shoppers at this store since October 2024. 2-3 times per week the store is well organized, clean and the employees are extremely helpful.

Sandra F. Was an amazing help to me while I was in the store. She took me to the department that I was seeking and made the proper introduction to the department lead and hung around until my issue or my search was resolved and I found the answers I was looking for. After that, she obliged to help me even further if I needed any more assistance in which I didn’t, and then she gave me a great farewell. Excellent contribution to the team Sandra F. is awesome.

I like shopping at Home Depot. Have been a customer for over 20 years here in Ohio and San Diego.

Was looking for a cleaning product for hardwood floors. It was very easy to find the product. Price was very reasonable.

We were looking for carpet sales person greeted us an help us get are carpet and set up appt to measure.

We waited for 15 minutes to get propane canisters exchanged. I came back inside the store twice to nudge the process along. The store wasn’t particularly busy. The lady at self check out was great and kept calling people to have them come unlock the cage. Phone staff member gentleman said “I would go unlock it but that’s not my department”

The door was put in 11/12/24. It has a flaw that needs fixed. Home Depot called on 11/14/24. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. This is a very high price item. I need this door fixed asap.

Found what I needed, cheaper than expected and made the purchase.

My Non Profit Skate Ohio is working to fix/update the Shelby Ohio Skatepark. Brian and Jeff took interest and helped me get a grant from Home Depot for the building supplies we needed. Joe, Jeff and Jessica even came out to help do the work at the park. So thankful for their time and effort in this project!

Never stocked, ever.. employees lie about discounts, actually onterio store is the one needs most improvement,, roybi, lady refused sales price online, then when I got the manager, she hid the items I was buying.... manager ask her what she did with my items,, she took them out of unlocked cage, to place them on other side of store...all cause $7 cheaper.... Don't buy power tools at that store anymore.....

Due to my unfamiliarity of the store, I had a little trouble finding the correct aisle but now I'm getting better at it. If product is not available at the store, online ordering is easy and I picked up my item at the store within a few days.

on about 10-04-24 I called for help on Fiberon Railing mounting brackets and the gal was very helpful. Gave me sku numbers and availability so I was able to go directly to the bins where my desired parts were when I went to the store.

Bought new GE refrig. Martha helped us in appliances to make our purchase. Delivery was in a couple days. We needed it soon. Are old one quit. Can’t say enough how happy we was with help in the size needed and the delivery guys were AWSOME..

Our town recently experienced an EF1 tornado. Obviously we visited big box home improvement stores to check inventory and check prices. In this instance, prices were very competitive. Employee helpfulness verses past experiences tipped us in favor of doing business with the Ontario store.

Brain R helped me lay out my countertop and explained the whole process in a way that I could understand. He is great at communicating and really knows what he is doing

Customer service was excellent! Had trouble with an on line order and was frustrated trying to get help on line. Robot not helpful and couldn't get routed to talk with someone! Trouble with an on line order and got no where with automated customer service on line. Went to the store and Darla, the customer service rep was exceptional! Polite, courteous, great listening skills and communication - and she efficiently resolved my issue!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The tool promotions we great. I will be back to spend more time and money.
