This store has very bad customer service can't get no help

We purchased a lawn tractor from this store and intended to pick it up the following evening. The store customer service desk called the next morning and advised that the mower had been damaged. They offered to refund our purchase or find another mower at a different store. We elected to have them locate another mower, which they did, and then they offered to deliver it to my residence free of charge. The experience was very nice. Also, as a US Navy Veteran, they not only provided me with a veteran discount, but thanked me for my service. Truly appreciated the experience!!!

I was greeted at the door by an associate named Way. He escorted me to each product that I needed to buy, and cheerfully answered all of my questions;and I had a lot of questions! I will always go to Home Depot first from now on.

Walked through store twice, passed by several employees. Not once was offered assistance. Finally a young man who was already two other people asked if I needed help. Very unsatisfied with this store.

This store was very neat and clean. I could find everything I needed easily! I mostly shopped on this visit in the flooring department and the associate that helped me went above and beyond helping me.

All associate are very helpful and provide great service.

Excellent customer service. They explained in detail how to use the lawn mower. Every single employee there was very helpful and took time to answer my questions.

The store manager has always responded to my calls or got back with me. He has always went above and beyond to help me get the correct material for the job.

I have had to return items at different times. They are very friendly and nice about it.

Products are easy to find, associates are very helpful and you are greeted as you enter the store. The store is clean.

In my experience, two of the three employees were uninformed and unmotivated. If I ask a question, I would rather hear that they don't know the answer than be given the wrong information.

I have never gotten such wonderful, friendly, patience service from a chain store before (I have gotten such from my local hardware store only). I cannot stress enough how wonderful the paint department staff were. Definitely go here for your painting needs. I drove over an hour to get here and I didn't regret it at all. I also made additional phone calls asking for advice and received careful, cheerful, patient service

The lady (Judy, I believe) in the paint department was extremely knowledgeable about the amount of paint I would need to paint my home...helped me in my decision on color, texture, gloss I would need for the trim, shutters and all over exterior.She took the guesswork out of it for me. A great employee-and asset to Home Depot

Customer assistance was a "10". Associate was extremely knowledgeable, helpful; service was given with a smile!

worker in appliances helped us look up a frig we were looking for to put in our camper. we found one with close dimensions and bought it!

I can name several associates along with the store manger that are head and shoulders above employees at other stores

The employees are always offering to assist you! Some days it is a little annoying but when you need help - it is SO helpful! Well laid out and easy to find. Selection is vast also.
