ive only had good experiences at Home Depot, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of tools and building materials. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional contractor, Home Depot has everything you need. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the prices were very competitive. On the downside the checkout process was less than enjoyable at this location. Long singular line and the only option is self checkout and was not efficient. Additionally when I visited a second time and they didn’t have what I needed it was hard to exit without waiting in the line to get out.

One of the last time I was there, two men saw me loading pavers on to the cart and then onto my car, they looked the other way. This time I thought and was ready to load it my self but to my surprise, Amber popped out and asked if I needed help. Not only did she help me load, she pushed the heavy cart to check out, helped load it onto my car and then proceeded to help with a will call order. She went above and beyond, so pleasant to speak to, just outstanding customer service. Amber, thank you so much!!!

I purchased a Dirt Devil cordless hand vacuum [ the only one of those they had on the shelf ] and upon returning home opened it up to find a used filthy vacuum instead of the new one as pictured on the box. The charger was missing and the filter that goes on the intake of the motor was missing. I got a full refund, but they did not have any more.

Great store, helpful employees and plentiful stock. This store is in the good hands of a great manager.

What a awesome experience we had with Shay in large appliances. We went to get a new washer and dryer Shay was professional knowledgeable and personable. She pointed out features on the appliances we were interested in so we could make a decision on which ones to get. Shay set everything up for us regarding delivery installation haul off and parts needed for installation. After everything was in the computer she went over everything again so we new everything we were getting and paid for. This woman knows her stuff so if you need appliances be sure to ask for Shay she is the BEST!! Thank You Shay for taking such good care of us being Senior Citizens it was refreshing to be treated so well.

At self check they grab the scanner out of my hand and if I tell them I’d prefer to scan myself they all stand over me watching my every move like I’m trying to rip them off. I am a regular, loyal customer and to be consistently treated this way is incredibly offensive!

The amount of items that are locked up at this and other Home Depot’s is absolutely ridiculous and makes shopping at HD completely inconvenient. I can find better pricing with cheap and fast shipping almost anywhere else online. It’s like HD doesn’t want people shopping there.

We bought a fridge and some blinds, our blinds are great and were cut to size perfect! Still waiting on our fridge.

Usually good service

I bought bath and kitchen faucets. A husky tool box loaded with tools. Supplies to paint a bathroom. Lastly plenty of household cleaning supplies & detergents to wash clothes. Thank you

I was there today Saturday 11/23 and there was 12 guy’s in line to buy lumber with an estimated wait Tim of 20 plus minutes, I followed 5 guys out the door without buying my lumber. One Check out gal without a clue. Dorris the queen of lumber doesn’t work weekends,she’s a rock star. How’s your new self check out working out for the store? Your Kattella store has a few self check out spots but you buy lumber in the rear. Get a clue H/D

Who came up with this idea for self check out a suit in corporate?

I bought a gift card but after scratching to reveal the pin number the number was defective. I took it back with the receipt but they would not refund my money for the card, I had to buy goods in the amount of my card purchase. I needed a gift card so I bought another card and the HD agent scraped the code cover off and it was defective and they would not refund me my money ($50). Don't buy a gift card at the home depot they won't stand by it.

The a/c didn’t seem to be on or was not cooling the building properly.

I wished they gave me my military discount but they didn’t because it was a sale item 😞

I recently adopted a puppy and needed to buy a fence /gate to prevent her from getting into mischief. We just purchased our supplies a very kind associate approached us and asked if we found everything we needed, she was extremely kind and helpful.

This store is just better! Huge shout out to Manager Andrea & Gabby. So helpful in a frustrating and difficult request. These ladies just get it done, and with a smile. Cashiers Analee, and Susan also so helpful and helped connect me to great solutions. Even Devon P. the HVAC sales guy was fantastic! Awesome non-pitchy interaction, finding ways to be helpful and fun, talented sales professional for sure. After a terribly frustrating experience at another close THD, very glad to be at Orange. Thank you thank you thank you. Only shop here!!

I went in there for some supplies for work and usually the home Depot employees are kind of rude and just are like really suspicious on acting funny but there was a cashier on the self-checkout named Kenneth it was absolutely amazing and made my day and also help me open a home Depot card so he is a very good employee and made my day and in my shopping experience there awesome

I have two Home Depot's near me, and I much prefer this location. Although the store is smaller, parking is much better, and oddly enough, the garden department is larger and better stocked. My go to.

Better than normal HD experience. If you leverage off the customer service team instead of wondering around trying to figure things out I found that to be the key to a good experience at Home Depot.

I bought some stuff to make a support post for the shed. I was building today, and Ross went out of his way to help us when I forgot the diameter of the washers that I was building. I definitely think this man deserves a raise.

Our cashier Sandra was so friendly and helpful! She treated us so wel! I can’t thank her enough for the amazing customer service!
