I shop here every day; I find what I need so it is very dependable to get my jobs done for my customer's

I bought Glidden paint to match existing deck color and deck stain for my 24 yr old deck. Glidden paint was perfect and the Olympic stain (have the store shake it up) apply smooth with a glide pad. Used one gallon for each only, deck size 18'x22' with railing and skirt. About a pint left of each.

I ordered cabinets for a kitchen remodel in December of 2025. I payed in full at that time. Thomasville built the cabinets. 42 days for delivery. Arrived at my garage roughly 47 days. Two cabinets broken and reordered. Took another 30 days for reorder. Now to discover that the Home Depot contractor missed a support beam. So more cabinets were reordered. It’s very disappointing and incredibly frustrating. I held up my end of the deal with Home Depot. They’re failing me. Use HD kitchen at your own risk.

I can only judge by the employees I delt with. Their professionalism reflects a good manager and culture. There was some problem connecting the dryer vent and Joe came out on Sunday and fixed it. All in all, very good experience.

Joe went out of his way to find a tool chest I received an email about; Orange Twp was only location to have any in stock. Joe went out of his way to it down (top shelf in back of store), and held it for me while I went and got my truck. Joe and another associate loaded it into my truck for me (I massively underestimated the weight-300+ lbs), and then refused my offer for a tip to get some lunch. Joe = A++++++++++++++

After a horrid experience at the customer service desk at the Sawmill store, I checked the app again and tried to find the product I needed at another Home Depot. It said the item was in stock at the Powell store. Because I had been to two other stores already that said they had it in stock, but arrived to find that no employee could actually locate the items, I decided to call the Powell store first. I spoke to a man in the garden center who not only went to "lay eyes on" the item to confirm they had it, but also informed me the price was different than what was listed online. He even had to go get a key to unlock where the item was located. I was already grateful for his efforts, especially since the Sawmill store didn't even want to walk down and aisle and check for me, but then when I arrived, I found he had been so kind as to get a flatbed cart and load ten of the 40lb paver sand containers onto it for me and set it next to the checkout to make it as easy as possible for me. It was so refreshing to have such a positive customer experience. He not only did his job but went above and beyond. It is so rare these days to experience this level of service. It really stood out. I commend him!

I wanted to purchase 25 bags of mulch and was told there was no one available to help me so I had to make two separate purchases and two trips to load the two purchases into my car!!!

I went into Home Depot (Orange Township) looking for seed product to fix bare patches in my yard. Dave proactively offered to discuss my needs and we had an in depth conversation around other issues such as yard drainage and general lawn maintenance. Dave offered helpful advice, helped me to decide on the best path forward and even suggested some good local service offerings that aren't available under the home depot services arm of the business (whilst also informing me of their existing partnerships). What stood out was his natural desire to help, his in depth knowledge of remedies and which products in store would help me reach my end goal. Excellent experience.

The team members before noon at Home Depot are exceptional in assisting the customer. That includes knowledge and location of products throughout the store. They listen and are genuinely interested in YOU.

Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the help I received at this store. I’ve bought quite a bit over the last few months completing a major renovation. I do believe if I were the owner of Home Depot, I would say there are too many people working during the week and not enough help on the weekends, but that’s just been my general experience.

Stopped in for 2 gals of paint. We asked to lighten the shade a bit, and she refused. Stated it was against policy. Have been buying Behr paint for years, and have never been refused a color change. Rarely buy less than $200 in paint and supplies.

I was there on Saturday afternoon, November 15 around 3 o’clock and a young male employee was so helpful to me and another customer.

A couple times recently I realized I needed a product just before closing. It seems to be the protocol to make an announcement a half hour before closing. This seems to coincide with closing all of the registers but one or two. Naturally, the announcement triggers a rush of customers at the checkout. Please allow, say...fifteen minutes to process any last minute rush at checkout before closing registers.

Got some paint and the associate was very friendly and helpful. Another associate directed me to the power strips

I love a good hardware store and I love when employees can share their knowledge of tools with me. It is rare to shop Home Depot and find knowledgeable employees..most just point to another area of the store and say look over there. On occasion I find an employee that knows where items are located or what you need to do a job but on the whole you can wander for a long time without finding an employee. The stores are clean and for the most part well stocked but as far as service goes it’s hit or miss. I guess it’s self serve or no serve from here on out.

the bird bath was tipped over leaving the pedestal in six pieces, bought epoxy at H D two hours later the birds were happy.

Sidney helped me at the return desk. I had items in different forms from the original tender. Sidney was helpful and patient as we searched for the correct information required for the returns. He did so with a positive attitude which seems rare in many places these days. He was a professional from beginning to end.

We initially bought the battery powered small chainsaw at Home Depot 4-5 years ago. It would not run this Spring but the battery showed a full charge. Working with Rob D, we found that either our charger at home or the battery was defective. He sold us a new charger to try which we did. Such great service!

This is the second time I had to make an emergency purchase. My washer had to be replaced and I received great customer service that made my purchase stress free and seamless right up to delivery that arrived on time and as expected! Great employees and very clean store as well!

I needed a specific piece of soft but strong rope for my little woman, and they cut it fast without any embarrassing questions about how I'd use just 10 ft in a truck.

Danielle is always willing to go out of her way to help me with my crazy ideas. She has helped me find good contractors and good deals on items I need (and don’t need but want) lol. I come to this store cause I know she will help make my crazy ideas come to life.

Our refrigerator died and we needed a new one ASAP. We had limited time to shop. We visited the Orange Twp. Home Depot and worked with Michelle Davies in appliances. She was amazing. She asked us if she could help us, was very friendly, and took as much time with us as we needed to make our purchase. I highly recommend the Orange store and especially Michelle Davies. Thanks Michelle - you were great!!

Danielle is amazing even though I’m not a pro contractor she helped me throughout the whole store basically. She help me find tools for my husbands birthday gift and even got me checked out with no issues. She was a life saver for real!!
