Mike (power tool guru), Josh (Customer Service Dept. - very helpful) and Debbie (cashier - extremely patient) assisted me with the purchase of a power tool set and accessories. Each of these employees are stars for the kind, patient, assistance they provided. I like how clean this store is always kept and how helpful I have found most of the employees to be. I shop this location frequently and always know I will find what I need. I also know if I need help finding what I need, there is usually a helpful employee to assist me!

I'm a single lady and when I visit this store I find everything I need. The store is always well stocked, clean and The associates friendly and helpful.

When I got my Christmas tree, they did a good job loading it for me. The cashier also let me know that if you enter the contest and participate in the survey online, that the workers will get a $60 "tip"/kickback from Home Depot. So, I would highly suggest you do that so that those workers who work hard to help us can get a nice bonus from Home Depot for Christmas!

The Garden Department at the Orange store location is far better than any Home Depot garden department I've been to. Very inspiring! Great selection and service!

The shop was clean and the customer service person by the name of Chelsea was the MOST helpful person. She know the different about all the different Christmas trees in her department--- she is the GREATEST....

SEVERAL ASSOCIATES HELPED ME FIND ITEMS NEEDED FOR SOME HOME IMPROVEMENT AND CRAFT PROJECTS. EACH ONE OF THEM WAS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS ABLE TO FIND THE RIGHT ITEMS FOR MY PROJECTS AND HAD ALL OF MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED ABOUT USING THESE ITEMS IN A HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS WAY. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE STORE. ASSOCIATES WERE VERY WILLING AND EAGER TO HELP. I DIDNT HAVE TO GO RUNNING AROUND TO TRY TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP. A GREAT HOME DEPOT STORE!

I found a great concrete patch material that comes in a caulking tube at this location. When I ran out, I tried to get it at the Home Depot in Yorba Linda and they didn't have it, so I went back to this Orange Home Depot. Another time they had a replacement dimmer switch for a floor lamp that nobody else seemed to have. This Home Depot is about the same distance from my house as the one in Yorba Linda, so I like to go to this one.

Was very impressed with the availability and helpfulness of the store personnel. I was in the store for ~45 minutes in a variety of departments and was approached at least 4 times by personnel asking if I needed assistance. I did not need it, but am appreciative that it will be there when I do.

I asked about the product I was buying and the employee came promptly and gave me all the information needed in a courteous manner. At the check-out, I was introduced to the membership and I signed up for it for the first time. She was very patient and informative in the process.

The employees and lead/manager in customer service/returns were very helpful and resourceful. I was able to get a store credit for a return that had some unusual issues. Highly satisfied as the credit helped with other items I purchased that day.

Joshua, superv, was very helpful in getting me my discount and credit card.

I WAS THERE AT 7AM SUNDAY. THE STORE WAS CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND PRODUCTS EASY TO LOCATE. EMPLOYEES GREETING ME AND ASKED IF I NEED HELP WITH ANYTHING.

The store is clean and awesome, everything a person needs. The employees are kind and there is always a smile coming your direction. They go above and beyond any home depot I have experienced!

This store is slightly different than the other Home Depots. It seems to be geared more towards contractors which yields a slightly different customer experience which I liked. I found the staff to be more available than other stores. Also the products for sale are slightly different and more appealing. I ended up purchasing a ladder which I could not find at the other stores.

After having the gardening door shut 10-15 minutes after I arrived with no warning the other cash registers at the store failed at being efficient. I asked 2 employees to call another cashier to help out the ever growing line and they flippantly said, "I'll call someone". 5 minutes later and the line not getting any smaller I had to call the store from my phone and tell them to get somebody else up at the registers to handle the chaos that had been created. Mismanagement by the front end manager and poor management by the store manager for letting this happen. This is not the first time that this store has let me down. They need to have some retraining on what customer service truly is.

The flooring department was super helpful and not pushing for the sale. 2nd carpet purchase here!

ANNIKA, WAS A REALLY BIG HELP WITH THE EXCHANGE AND PURCHASE OF MY NEW WATER HEATER SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB BY STAYING AFTER THE STORE CLOSED TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION. AFTER THE REGISTER WAS CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT SHE WITH THE PERMISSION OF HER MANAGER GOT APPROVAL TO REOPEN THE REGISTER SO I DID NOT HAVE TO HALL MY OLD WATER HEATER BACK HOME BECAUSE THE STORE HAD JUST CLOSED.

Rented a carpet cleaner for four hours. Spent most of that time trying to get the cleaning solution to spray from the nozzle. The solution leaked out of the tank all over the floor. When I returned the machine to the store and told the associate it didn't work, he said yeah that happens sometimes and proceeded to charge me for the rental. A complete waste of time and money. Will not be renting any more equipment from Home Depot since it seems they think nothing of charging for the rental of broken equipment.

As a professional I visit a lot of Home Depot stores, But I find that this store the associates are more friendlier and are willing to help and when walking by they make eye contact and greet you, at other stores they tend to look away. Keep up the good work
