Very friendly staff and they know just how to give advice

Love this store, I can find everything I need in one stop. I use Home Depot for all my needs. The prices an availability of products meet all my need.

The store was clean(2nd time there, was clean as the 1st) and the associate are great! The only thing I did not like was the product availability and the ease of finding!

An associate was there and ready to help before I asked for one, and was very helpful in finding what I needed.

I had a return. I went in and out within 10 mins. Very friendly employees and very helpful.

I was very pleased with the help I received from the cashier, Cassi. I truly appreciated the person who loaded my mulch for me.

As I came through the main entrance to the store, I was greeted by a friendly, female associate. She asked if she could provide directions to a specific department or help locate a specific product/item. I replied that I could use some assistance locating a specific item. She then asked that I follow her, and within a couple of minutes, we were standing not only in front of what I was looking for, but in front of several other models for me to choose from. It appeared she was very knowledgeable of the store floor plan and was able to help me find what I was looking for in a timely manner. The store was pretty busy that morning and I appreciated her help getting me in and out quickly.

Had to change out a bulb for the new style commercial florescent fixtures, not enough info on the bulb for me to find the right one, but Associate pointed me to the right bulb and discussed the area of application and suggested correct lighting for that area.

Store is filled with a lot of new products and there is always a helpful associate available to assist you.

Item i wanted could not be located where I thought, ask associate to help , showed inventory in their computer and sent someone to get it for me. They brought up a similar item but not what I wanted. Long story short they found it at a different location and they got it to me ok. they said it they would get the product to its proper location. thank you Home Depot

A mixed review for a mixed experience visit. Normally I really like going to this store. I had researched what I wanted online and was slightly disappointed that the better 12 gauge extension cord was only available if I drove to the store 35-40 minutes away, not the one here locally, and would have been a few cents cheaper. I get to the store and find that the chain saw I want doesn't appear to be on the shelves, but I spot a couple in the overhead storage racks. I go to the service desk and ask for assistance - which they called. I go back to the saw aisle and wait about 10 minutes, no help. I spot a guy with a pallet jack at the end of the aisle and make a big "head gesture" that what I want is way up there, no luck. While I'm standing around I look a bit closer at the smaller saw - that is available on the shelf - and decide to just get it, and when it doesn't work, bring it back. So I sorta saved about $20 there. The saw worked for what I did last night, but won't work this weekend so still has to go back. Just not a big fan of the hassle factor of this visit.

I found what I needed in a short amount of time. There were several associates that offered help with finding the products I needed and offered advice based on what was good for the project I was workking on.

We really appreciate the military discount offered at Home Depot, and are loyal Home Depot customers for this reason. However, cashiers at this particular location ask a lot of questions about the specifics of our military service, and although they may be just trying to be friendly, cashiers might need to be gently reminded that many returning veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts may not be ready to re-live the details of their service in a public forum such as the cash register at Home Depot.

I usually go to the store in Orange before I go anywhere else.

With each different department I went, a sales associate offered help. That was nice since I didn't know the location of everything I was looking for. There was a lot of freight being unloaded and that's a good feeling to a shopper. It reassures the buyer that the store stays stocked and stays in business.

We use this particular Home Depot often for just about all our home repairs, new appliances, garden supplies, etc. We have purchased a number of appliances with one of the Home Depot special sales and very satisfied with the quality. They have been helpful in making sure we get the quality we were looking for. There are two women in the cabinet department who are extremely nice and helpful. Also the customer service personnel are very nice and helpful too. We have also used the 12 months to pay with no interest and find that to be a good deal spacing out payments. Overall we like our hometown Home Depot.

Everyone was helpful. Greeted you with a smile. Your people make your store a great place to shop.

I was having a bad day prior to entering your store. The sweet and very helpful girl that helped me and checked me out was so refreshing, I actually left your store in a better mood. Thank you for employing such kind people.

The overall experience of the store visit was good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would like to see equal amounts of check out counters on both sides of the store for more convenience so you dont have to walk to other side of store for speedy check out.

I found everything that I was looking for. The garden section was very well stocked to supply my needs.

I went on a Saturday to the hand tools to buy saw blades. I was having trouble locating them until a employee took my right to it. Everyone working their has a knowledge of where everything is . I also went to the plumbing location and the lady their was very knowledgeable about faucet replacement parts. I was very impressed, if you every have tried to find replacement parts to a Peerless faucet you will want to talk with this lady. She can also lead you any plumbing part in seconds. I hope she never leaves Home Depot.

Im from beaumount but I had a job in orange, I gotta hand it to y'all!!!! Yall kicked my stores butt today! I got approached at least 5 times by your associates asking if they could help out!!!! Ron in hardware was on point on his product knowledge! Chelsea walked me around taking me to every item on my list (told me about that neat app as well) Cindy at checkout scanned everything for me and even put the money in for me!!!! Then to top it off Howerd offered to load all my things up! Outstanding job at Orange, Home depot
