I found everything I needed for my project I didn’t need no assistance, the store was clean I think there’s to much Products in the isle you can’t move around good. Andrea got me check out in a timely manner

Clean place to shop, great customer service by people who care, and show it by always going above and beyond to help you. 1 of a kind for a large "box store".

I was shopping for a propane grill and 3 different employees came over to help me. One lady at the return desk was especially helpful. She got someone to put the grill in my car. Later I sat down in a wheelchair to wait for my sister to come help me pick out some linoleum for a screened-in back porch. That same cashier came over and thought that I was not okay. She went out of her way to care! She was finished with her shift and came over to say goodbye to me when she left. That was very thoughtful.

Great experience shopping at Home Depot, in Orange. Took me 10 minutes to get everything I needed, to frame a house, ordered for delivery and paid for.

Bad return policies at this store, Christmas gift was a problem to return. I purchase saw & found it to be used . Store sold this to me & then refused to take it back. Store didn't check this item when it was put on shelf for sale.

The associates are always helpful and the shelves are stocked neatly.

They’re very good about calling me for my card information so my grandson can get things he needs!

The store employees were easy to locate for help locating items or to answer questions.

I love home Depot but the store in Orange Texas is not a good store. I normally go to Port Arthur or Beaumont even though the Orange store is 3 minutes from my house. The employees at the Orange store act if they are being held hostage and do as little as possible.

Very safe, friendly and environment

The Employees are always friendly and ready to assist from the moment I enter the store. If you’re there for just 5 minutes someone is going to ask if there’s anything they can assist with.

The store was clean and well-stocked the employees were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we found what we needed. We drive a little bit farther to visit this store but we think it's worth it.

This is a very good store. The experience this review is about was a complicated one. While trying to buy a Tuff Shed we encountered problems that prevented us from completing the purchase due to our property regulations. An employee of the Orange store named Kim was very helpful in canceling the purchase and eliminated the debt on our Home Depot credit card.

These people at this store are simply great, even if is difficult to claim something because is old, they try to solve it for you. I bought one gallon of paint to paint my bathroom, I did not noticed the cashier clocked the gallon twice, it was a couple of months that my wife decided to check the receipt. She asked when did I put the extra gallon of pain, a paint I did not use because she did not like the color. She them made me realized I was charged twice, I went to the store to buy something else and my wife reminded me to try and claim it. They told me it was too long back that it was not posible, another employee called someone and they put it in the loop to find the video and check if indeed there was only one gallon of paint. I should be offended because they did not believe me, but it is ok, everybody has the right to check to protect their interests. They have not fix the problem even though I have claimed it twice. But I know they'll fix it.

Tyler was very helpful not only showing me the parts I needed to plumb kitchen sink but also explained PEX and how to use the connectors

The store is always very clean and organized. The displays are very attractive! Brandy and Andrea at the customer service department belongs there. They both have great communication skills, people skills and know how to treat the customers. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the products that home depot offer. This make you keep coming back. It's very easy to find what you're looking for and these 2 young ladies are always ready to assist you. Mona was moved to the paint department but is very knowledgeable and willing and ready to assist as well.
