BEWARE! Do not rent a truck from this Home Depot. I rented a 16 foot truck and loaded all my personal belongings into the truck for a move. The next day when I unloaded the truck several of my items were damaged because after the rainfall I discovered that the truck was leaking water!

I went in not sure what I needed to make my centerpiece but thank goodness I ran into Gordon. He was a blessing, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to show me how to do it. I was able to make my craft because of the knowledge of Gordon.

Leo deserves a raised, he needs to be copy and paste at all the home depot stores..

If you need to spend bigger dollars, I recommend going to Homer Glen store as the sales tax is lower.

Bought a toilet and was held in will call for me the next day.. very efficient employees..👍👍

Home depot treats its customers like thieves, by locking up even the cheapest amount of wire, and on top of that they don't have an employee on hand to help you, if you have a lot of time to waste, I guess it's alright to go there, but not me in the future!

This Home Depot is the best Always helpful and always pleasant never had a complaint and always find what I’m looking for!!!

I shopped for carpet at home depot online and got a quote, so I went in to see the fabric in person & place the order... surprise the price went up.. OK I still agree then a person comes out to measure... surprise, the price goes up again, against better judgement I proceed because its an entry area that I want to look unfinished.. then the installer comes in, who was AMAZING and honest, he confirmed my concern by telling me "I dont know why they sold you so much for this area", I had enough to do a small room and stairs!! I shared this with the general manager of the store but he looked at me with a stupid smerk saying theres nothing he can do!! WOW!!

Came into store to purchase a washing machine was greeted by an employee (Lisa W) who helped me with everything she was patient knew her stuff walked me thru operation of washer showed me other machines told me the difference of how they operate so very glad she helped me I walked out the store happy with my new washing machine. Thank u Lisa W u r a beautiful spirit

Whenever I am in a pinch and need to complete a home repair or maintenance project/job, I can rely on Home Depot to have what I need, although prices could be better for loyal customers, in-store, especially ones with a Home Depot Consumer Credit Card, like myself, I can still rest assured I can get get what I need when I need it.

I came this visit to rent a Penske Truck to move building materials.

Home Depot is large, carries a lot of products and they are not always easy to find. However, employees always greet me and ask if they can help. I am very impressed that employees know where to find anything from a nightlight to pet friendly ice melt. They always make my shopping trips easier.

Salvador the frontend supervisor was great, and the new guy John was to very friendly and helpful

We bought our stove on the 26th of December snd came back the next day to buy a dishwasher. The salesperson, Dave, was very helpful. He took the time to help us hind the right appliances to fit our needs and price we could afford. Thank you Dave!

Employees do not care about customers and are not welling to help finding Items in the store. They give you the feeling that they do not want to work.

The Orland park location is a very big Home Depot, usually shop there and find what I need. Not to mention their power tools and batteries are life time warranted. Everything I own is RIGID brand and I’m very happy with all of it. Never have had a problem even replacing a battery. Just make sure to register all of your tools.

Customer service not friendly and make it difficult for returns. Also would not take the time to answer questions about location of items in store.

Almost empty store and I waited just shy of an hour for help in the lumber department. This is despite asking a floor associate, walking to the customer service desk and finally calling the store from the lumber department and talking to a manager This happens all too often. I'm afraid I'm done with Home Depot

As I already mentioned, the In Stock inventory is lacking on even the most common items, and it is nearly impossible to find most anything on the website.

We were able very quickly order our new dryer and schedule our delivery appointment. It was much easier and smoother than we expected!

I just purchased a Whirlpool set this past weekend. If you are in the market for new appliances I highly recommend you seek out Lisa to work with. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

No associate greets the customers or asks how they can kf assistance. It’s as though they wander the store avoiding personal contact. Just awful.

Marisol is the Doors Dept is what every Associate should be - extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, experienced and pleasant. She helped me put together colors on the entryway doors, garage doors, trim and assessories. I couldn't have done it without her. I'll have the prettiest house in the block! Thank you, Marisol!!!

I don't know if they are having trouble finding employees, or they just aren't scheduling enough people working on each shift, but getting assistance from an employee can be difficult. I'm often there between 7:00-8:00 in the morning, but nobody is working at the door & window desk until 9:00. They seem to cater to homeowners more than contractors. Very frustrating.

The staff in plumbing were very helpful & pleasant. Definitely would go back. Helped us with our bathroom sink last & and faucet.

I am remodeling my kitchen and ever one that has helped me was so knowledgeable and courteous from the first lady who came to my home to measure and assist with cabinet door choices to quartz counter tops. Everyone doing the work in my home were knowledgeable and courteous! Great job Home Depot!!
