Everything was in stock and the employees were friendly and helpful.

I was there to buy a Husky Tool ( All my tools are Husky and from this store), and the manager of the department verbally attack me and came in my private space doing movements with her hands. The incident happened over a tool that your platform shoed available. Zero customer service and zero professionalism. It is the first time I saw the customer stays quite and the employee screaming for nothing. I am scared to go back and probably I am gonna stop buying tools from Home Depot.

This is, by far, the best home Depot in the Chicagoland area. They open on time (Frankfort, Alsip, and especially oak lawn open between 6:05 and 6:15). The pro desk here is way better than anywhere else, and Rose and Al are what make it awesome. I will go out of my way to come to this store before I go to other Home Depots.

We purchased a $1,000 tool chest. When the Home Depot employees helped us load the item into our truck, they told us the tool chest was bolted together so could not be taken apart. When we got hime to unload it. The tool chest came crashing down almost injuring myself and my buddy unloading not to mention it cracked the bed of my truck when it fell. All because this item came apart and was NOT bolted together at all. How dangerous!!! Horribly disappointed...

Takes forever to get an order in. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting on blinds. Haven’t been contacted and when I call no one picks up the phone and never anyone in the blind/window department.

I went to this store to find appliances (washer and dryer), and guess what???!! I found what I was looking for with the help of a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson (HOWARD), and I am thankful and happy with my purchase. Additionally, this store had some items I found that were not at my local Homewood store. I was so pleased with their expansive inventory especially within their garden department that I left with alot of extra merchandise. This store is great, and because I can always find what I need, I don't mind driving out of my way just to know I will find what I need!

Home Depot in Orland is my favorite home improvement store to shop at because the store is clean, neat, it's easy to find items and most importantly the staff is super helpful and friendly! Leo, Anthony, Howard and Phil are the BEST!

I’m giving these 5 stars to Howard. He helped me in appliances. I had stopped at another location and the sales person there was rude! I almost left this location because the first person was rude as well, answering a simple question with disrespect until Howard stepped in and asked to help me. He was professional, respectful and very helpful. Go see Howard!

MY GO TO STORE FOR 12 YEARS AND COUNTING

Cheryl was so helpful while I was checking out....she helped me get through the self checkout since I don't use it that often and I had my 4 year old grandson with me.

Shopped the gardening center. Well organized and loved the lower prices

garden center was well stocked with a large variety of healthy plant specimens; even though the store is a little above market prices but the plants are much better than other area stores

This Orland Park Home Depot is especially good because they are always helpful to their customers. The employees seem to be well informed and ready to go above and beyond the call of duty. I have always liked shopping at Home Depot.

Howard in appliances is, with out a doubt, your go to guide for anything in appliances!!!!

This particular Home Depot has associates that know what they are talking about and can also help you with your project by conveying suggestions that will help you to get the job done right.
