Price tag does not match when you go to the register, nobody went there to verify I was right

I bought two bug zapper and very much like it.

Moving to another home which needed major remodeling. Employees and installers were all excellent, especially the crew that worked on installing flooring and carpet. Am extremely satisfied with the great job they did, especially with the Herringbone vinyl pattern.

I needed vanity lights for a renovation we were doing quickly. I found the lights I wanted, ordered and picked up very fast. Home Depir emailed and texted me with conformation and ready for pickup.

The most organized and clean home depot for a 100 miles. And I have been to them all.

I stopped at the store late on Tuesday night and walked the store looking for 2 items that later on I later discovered that are only online. The customer service young men, helped me every step of the way and helped me ensure that as a Veteran, I am allowed to receive a military discount. Clearly, this representative exceeded my expectations and really appreciate it. Thank you so much. Charles Dean Vargas

I've been shopping at this location for 10 years and find the employees regularly ask how they could help ma and even page for help if my questions are really for a different department. Very much appreciated.

I worked for HD for 20+ years in NJ & NY… Workplace is different now from when I worked, much more laidback and Customer Friendly. Always a pleasure to shop at #6869 in Orlando, never had any problems with management or associates.

Needed my tv hooked up after a move to new apartment. Employee took forever over half hour then gave me a price of $500 to hook up tv and spectrum equipment. Ridiculous!!

STORE OK. SURVEY EVERYTIME YOU GO THERE SUCKS. If you don't respond they pester you. Join together and unite against obnoxious AI generated surveys. Give them straight 1's and list surveys are annoying as the reason.

There is always staff available to help when needed and they are very knowledgeable

Highly recommend talking to Thomas if you have any need for lumber, he is super helpful and friendly.

This store overall has some of the best employees. They always ask if you need help and want you to find what you came in to buy

We had a not so great experience with a cashier at self checkout, thankfully another lovely cashier stepped in to help and Petet was called up who was delightful!

This Home Depot has some real nice folks working here. Ed and a new employee Hermes were a big help today in the paint dept. Everybody is always helpful here and most importantly you can actually find someone to ask a question.. BIGTIME LOL Good store. TYVM!!

My husband and I went in to Home Depot looking for a new microwave and dishwasher, fully expecting to just look at them on our own and then to google some reviews to try to figure out which would best suit our needs -- but lo and behold, Appliance Specialist LAURA GOMEZ appeared! As a young girl, I fully expected that while very nice, she wasn't really going to know anything helpful -- but I WAS WRONG!! She was very informed and able to point out many features of the various options, which really helped us to make a decision. Would love for Home Depot to have more employees like HER!! Thank you again LAURA GOMEZ! :)

Ryan gave personalized service and made my shopping experience easy.

We asked Willy for some help finding a sprinkler for our yard. We needed a specific one. Willy absolutely went "above and beyond" to help us. He made sure the sprinkler screwed on correctly. He also made sure we had the correct height we require for our yard,..ect.. We had kind words and joked on how & why we were buying the sprinkler. Willy made our trip to Home Depot fun and memorable. IRIS, I needed keys made it was very late, it can be a lengthy process to copy 6 keys and iris learned about me showed genuine care, I even got to learn about her as well, as a senior retail manager personally, in the world of customer she is a STAR

This is my favorite store, I highly recommend to all my customers because only for one thing. The personal on this particular store makes you feel like a boss. Always welcomes you, they're so kind and helpful. Always one step beyond you. I have being in others stores and they treat you like if you're not there. You have to go get them and ask, and then they point with their fingers where to go but they do not guide you. But this store, the one at Narcoossee and Lee Vista is my favorite to go and buy whatever I need. I think the key of this store is the manager. He is the responsible to keep that great team working for the same goal. Congratulations to all of them !
