I was immediately greeted upon walking in the store, and the sales associate that I walked up to took me straight to the items I needed, which made my shopping experience quick and easy. Charlene at checkout help me with all my items and made it super easy to get on my way Always will use this Home Depot store.

The first thing I noticed was the veterans parking spaces and from there it was a great shopping experience, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you , Michelle, Mike, and Amanda!

If you know what you want and where to look for it you will be okay if not, you're up a creek without the preverable paddle.

Employees are awesome and helpful, you can actually find someone to help you when you need it

The Derrick kid in the plumbing department is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is always eager to help you. It's nice not to have to rundown someone for help. This type of service makes Home Depot my store.

This Home Depot is great since they always have a loader available quickly and the pro desk is on top of their product offerings.

Both times I purchased appliances they were not delivered on the dates agreed on. Both times there were “truck problems” on the day of delivery and had to be rescheduled.

Was concerned that buying a generator that customer service stated that once it goes out the door and box is opened it can not be returned. Until you open the box and know what you got it makes me feel uneasy that the store would not stand behind a $1000 product they sold. After reading some reviews I see it has been a problem.

We find everything we need easily, and the staff are so friendly!

We bought an entire kitchens worth of appliances and their prices were unbeatable. A gentleman by the name of Cam helped us and he was absolutely wonderful.

We ordered our refrigerator this past Tuesday and it will be delivered to us next Tuesday. I have no doubt it will be delivered when they say. We ordered a new washer from them last year and love it.

In the process is remodeling my bathroom I bought the products at Home Depot. Every employee I had assistance with was so very helpful and very knowledgeable!

Pleasant shopping experience. As a senior woman I had difficulty locating an item and a young man found it for Me. Also had a sweet young lady ask if I had found everything I needed. Appreciate the people working there.

I order in store and online. I was at the store on September 26. I was greeted and offered assistance by 2 gentleman in the gardening center. I received extra assistance by the cashier named Lucas.

I’ve shopped at Home Depot in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, California. None of those places has the service that the Owensboro store has Owensboro Kentucky

Love the mower. Starts with 1 pull and easy to maneuver. Easy to put together, very simple.

The store on Owensboro Ky is soooo much than the store in bowling green Ky.

Home Depot has been my go to for anything home improvement related. The Owensboro location typically has what I want in stock and if they do not it is easy enough to order
