Purchased a nearly 500 dollar LG portable ac unit from this home depot. Get it all the way home and theres dead bugs in the vent and filter. Absolutely disgusting. It is ILLEGAL to sell refurb as new.

I work as a pro electrician and shop in home depot all over Maryland and Virginia. What rude staff.

Needed a string trimmer and all of them were locked up in cages. A woman who speaks spanish unlocked the cage and tried to tell me something i couldnt understand. I went to self checkout and asked an employee where the black ads drainage pipe was and she said isle 15. I went there carrying my large string trimmer box and it was the wrong isle. I was directed to the wrong area. This employee wasted my time. I never did get what I needed this visit.

I have gotten multiple plants for the garden and always check Home Depot first when I need devices for our house.

My problem is with the Reisterstown plaza (RP) location. I initially bought a few plants at OM for about $5.98, then went home to plant. I then realized I needed a few more, so I went to RP to pick up a few more since that’s closer to my home. The problem is that RP price was $3 more for the same plant but it was just in a larger container. My issue is that the plant was literally the same size 5” plant but in a larger container. I decided to go back to OM to get a few more plants at the lower price.

Team members have bad attitudes and make u feel unwelcome and when u ask a question made u fell like you did a huge mistake. Bad customer service experience

I came to Home Depot to purchase a new grill, and I wanted to take advantage of the Spring special deal to have my grill assembled and shipped for free. AMMANUEL was the gentleman I was directed to for my purchase and set up for Shipping and Assembly. This gentleman was extremely attentive and helpful. There was a system issue that added an additional charge and AMMANUEL Reached out to his manager immediately to fix the issue. He was extremely persistent in making sure he can do everything within his power to To make sure I can have everything ready to go in the system before I left the store. Ammanuel is very kind, polite and professional and he genuinely cares about his customers. He is everything companies like Home Depot claim they want their employees to be and represent. I made his manager aware of his outstanding customer service and I really hope in addition to that, this review helps AMMANUEL Get additional recognition. He’s one of the hidden gems, a lot of companies glance over, but should be advancing throughout the company.

I stopped at the Owings Mills Home Depot for something entirely different and wound up purchasing a new patio/deck set for our deck. I noticed the displays as soon as I walked in the store, and couldn't help but go over to look at them since we definitely needed a set. From that point on, there were at least four different employees, including the store manager, who even had it delivered to my home 10 minutes later. The service was exceptional and I am so pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately, I haven't finished putting it together yet, otherwise I would have provided a photo of my beautiful, new, patio set.

Wrong items/prices on the shelves. Lady at the cash register was careless about my complaint , no help at all

Me and hubby went to the store to inquiabout a storm door. This was an opportunity for Home depot and their contractors to get it right. We tried this 3 years ago. We were met by Chris at the Owings Mills location he was a charming associate that was knowledgeable about doors. We told him about our past experience and vowed he would do better. We returned to the store the following Saturday on his word of good service. We were able to set up a door measurement. It was seamless. He helped to calm our worry and give their contractors another go. So we were handle with care and concern about our satisfaction. Chris was a pleasure and we look forward to moving forward with getting a new storm door!

I ordered curbside pickup. Went and no one came out with my order. I went back 2 days later nobody answered the phone or brought my order out. I had to go inside while staff is outside just walking around. I found my own help. Thanks Lawrence, Joesph and Dani for all your help.

I need to commend four young people who provided outstanding customer service to us during our impromptu Christmas tree purchase. Those young associates are Bresonne, Tyrek, Tarran, and DeShon. In this day and age when customer service often sucks, these young people far exceeded our expectations as we transacted our business and convinced us that they are truly assets to your establishment. Also, Tarran demonstrated amazing leadership skills.

I bought a lot of different plants

I gone to look at the refrigerator the worker in that department wasn't helpful at all besides the measuring tape

I went in to different Home Depots several times over the past two months to make a purchase kitchen appliances. I was waiting for November holiday sales to kick in. Finally on Wednesday I was able to make my purchase and my associate was a great help. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient & enthusiastic. I enjoyed working with her & she made my purchase delightful. I don’t remember the associates name but kudos to her from order #H2507-316778 Order Date: Nov 6, 2024

I will recommend this store to all my friends due to exceptional customer service I experienced during my home improvement project 👍 The manager is the best, I guess she was transferred from the nearby store to Owings Mills just recently

Purchased a new pressure washer last month and the first time the high pressure hose blew. Store manager said to bring in the entire unit for exchange. There was a hose in the security cage. Evidently your store manager isn’t one. Or doesn’t care about his bottom line.

I was looking for the micro mini screwdriver set. I ask 1 of the Cashiers could they call somebody in tools to help me. Someone came within minutes. The gentle was polite, easy to talk to, listen to what I was looking for and found my product.

Everyone I encountered during my quest for a garbage disposal was behond courteous and helpful. A very nice young man carried the disposal to the self-checkout and patiently waited to carry it to my car. As an older person, I very much appreciated that.

It took over 4 months to complete 4 patio door installations. Wrong sided door was ordered after waiting 3 weeks! Then the screen was not ordered. Getting the order right alone took over 2 months. Then the locks were faulty from scratch and that took forever to get fixed. Also one of the keys to the lock was missing and no one could tell me who took it! Employees were unresponsive and would not call back. I made several trips to the store. The times I got calls back were only to demand payment

I use the Owings Mills location because of the workers even though I am 5 minutes from another Home Depot, because of the great customer service. I’m usually greeted and receive assistance even when I don’t ask.

Don't expect anyone to ever answer the phone to answer a question you may have about an order. No one ever answers the phone, it just rings and if someone does pick up 15 minutes later they will hang up on you. I see plenty of employees walking around in the store, maybe put one or two on the phone lines so customers don't have to PHYSICALLY GO TO THE STORE TO GET THEIR QUESTION ANSWERED, which is what I had to do 3 times !!!
