I enjoy walking thruogh Home Depot, I have to control myself and stay focus on what I came in for I love shopping in Home Depot

If aisles had been clear and items placed correctly on shelves I would have been able to locate items I have purchased previously but item was still in shipping box hidden behind other things hanging down from overhead shelves…took several attempts at walking around store to locate an associate who finally had to push aside other merchandise, open shipping box and take out item. Checkout at self check not wonderful either….two associates so busy talking with each other that they could not stop to manage the process needed when paying with a personal check. had to be a bit almost obnoxious for them to stop. This store needs help.

I like this Home Depot because it is organized exactly like the one I used to shop in Ohio. Nothing I hate more than to see that products were moved to a new location to make shopping more "efficient". Don't like going up and down isles looking for something that isn't there where it should be. Home Depot does it right. As much as I don't like to leave the store, I am usually in and out in less than 10 minutes.

As always the products are easy to find. OUTSTANDING

It was somewhat difficult to find the lumber (plywood) that we sought. But the real problem was it was poorly marked - no SKU and Cashier charged for wrong product. I had to return for correction. I didn't realize till I arrived home as the price seemed correct.

Went in to purchase room air conditioner. Absolutely no one would help and the store was not busy. I am 60 years old and 105 pounds. I had to get a flat cart and slide the product onto it. The cashiers were talking amongst themselves and did not look at or speak to me. She scanned the box with her back to me while she continued her gossip session. When I got to the parking lot I had to solicit a stranger to help me get the item into my truck. Will never return to this store.

In addition to the drill, we found a number of plants that we purchased for our garden. The selection was good and plants looked healthy.

I love shopping here coz the price is reasonable and the associates are friendly.

I like this store, I find the associates to be very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also like to utilize this store because it seems to be set-up so that most things are where one would expect to find them.

I am retired military. I enjoy the support that the Home Depot in Owings Mills, MD gives to veterans. It is greatly appreciated. I shop in stores that do support veterans more often than other stores.

The store was clean. The products I purchased were easy to find. The sales associate, Will, did an outstanding job in assisting me is selecting the deck paint. He mixed the colors very carefully while assisting another customer at the same time. He asked if he could assist me further after mixing the paints, and he invited me to come back to see him again soon for assistance. He was very knowledgeable about deck paints and the kinds of rollers and brushes to be used. He was very professional and I will look for him the next time I am shopping there. The checkout and opening of an account was also a very professional experience for me. Barbara did an outstanding and thorough job in a short period of time.

I went in with some fluorescent light bulbs to try and recycle them. When trying to prompt the woman at the customer service desk whether I could give them to home depot to recycle them, she asked "Can you read?" before I even had a chance to ask the question. There were already some long fluorescent bulbs there so I wanted to ask why there were there in case I was just confused. She asked again if I could read and then when I asked if I could take the lights with me inside so I could buy what I needed and she said "Do what you want." Is it too much to ask to be treated with dignity? This is not the first time in the last few years someone has been either rude or completely disinterested in helping me. Maybe the trip to Eldersburg will be worth it next time.

I was very happy with my choice of purchase, before seeing the fresh flowers at the check out. I decided to buy flowers for mothers birthday. The store associate helped me pick them out, although I did not ask for help but his opinion was helpful. I will definatly shop here again.

Very satisfied with the customer service and attention that I receive in this Home Depot. My wife had a great encounter with Sandy in the Paint Department - she went out of her way to assist and help her find paint that was not easily visible. Awesome Employee - we stopped at the service counter also to register this positive experience with a professional and caring employee.

I usually frequently shop at Home Depot for everyday house hold supplies, and my wife and i recently inherited a house after moms passing. We needed to do some home remodeling and decided to give Home Depot a try. Well let me tell you this was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. I mean the associates were patient, knowledgable and empathic to our needs for what we wanted for our moms home. answered questions, walk with me to guide me through the process. and i didn't have to look for anything. HOOPLA to HOME DEPOT and Yes I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

At least 5 aisles that I needed to go in were closed off with gates, after being in the store for about an hour only one of the aisles opened up. Needed assistance with cutting some trim boards. Waited about 15 minutes for assistance, finally resorted to struggling to do on my own.

Overall had a good experience of shopping at home depot.

The Home Depot at Owings mills is my ultimate toy store. I feel at home (more than my own home sometimes while at this store) Thank you all for being so kind and generous with your "hey" and "hello" In passing. the cashier in the garden section left alot to be desiered, not friendly, did not converse with customer and basically rude. I wanted to pruchase a front door rug and there was not tag. To quote Tameeka the check out girl "i can't ring it up with no tag", so i didnt purchase as she made no attempt to find out the price. She was very RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
