Store was fine, product purchased was exactly what i needed however I am not a home depot cashier and there were no cashiers available just the self checkout. I am not paid to do the cashiers jobs and as usual I needed to track down a cashier to enter a veterans discount code. Next time there is no cashier I leave my items and walk. If I need to check out my items myself why bother driving to the store when online is so much easier.

Great products. Really good service. The outdoor dusk to dawn LED lights I have purchased are easy to install and a all around great product.

Sales persons friendly. Have bought fron garden depot several times and bought a riding lawn mower recently. Service was good and we will be back.

I love my Pace Home Depot. They have a friendly and helpful staff. Their kids workshop is awesome!! They do things in our community that other stores simply ignore. One thing they do in Milton is bring the kids workshop to the ARC Emerald Coast, which offers service to our mentally challenged citizens in Santa Rosa county. I’m most effected by this program because I used to work there and saw firsthand the effect on our clients, when they knew Home Depot was coming they got so excited, I hope Home Depot will continue this outreach program. It is truly appreciated by both clients and staff.

We are always greeted by employees and asked if we need assistance. Employees are knowledgeable and willing to help.

The people are always helpful and friendly. Returns are very easy. I just wish the floor was organized better. For example, saw blades are in several different places.

I would recommend this store with one exception. I will never buy another Appliance in this store. Recently we purchased a washer and dryer. Delivery came but they would not install it because we didn't purchase new connectors from the store at the time of purchase. When we moved into our new house less than a year ago, we replaced the connectors on the appliances we brought with us. Had the sales associate gone over the delivery checklist at the time of purchase, which I believe they are supposed to do, we would have known we were required to buy new hookups for the new appliances to be installed. Other than that this Home Depot is great we've had many good experiences in the store and most of the associates go above and beyond.

Store clean, Great customer service, sales people explains every thing, always ask if you need help finding something. Never had to wait for someone to knowledge me & my husband.

My visits to this store are always pleasant and present little stress in my purchases. There are plenty of employees to assist in finding their products. My only suggestion is to have more live registers instead of self check outs that are not real user friendly.

Staff was extremely helpful during a stressful time as we needed a generator to keep our basement dry if electricity for sump pump failed due to upcoming hurricane. This side of Florida stores had no available generators after many calls. Thank you Davis Road store Pensacola.

excellent management , every employee is super nice and really tries to help everyone. Very nice place to shop where your business is appreciated. Just moved into this area and will be a regular here.

Great store, well stocked and friendly employees. Just wish they would have a more liberal veteran's discount policy because I think they would get more business that they are losing to Lowes.

Wonderful help. Thank you to Hector. Also the female staff in the garden area. Everyone was so nice and attentive. They met my needs and suggested even more. I can't say enough how happy I was to walk in and feel all.my needs were met as I walked out the door. A positive experience for sure.

Love the Home Depot store in Pace, Florida. The staff is always cheerful and trying to help. We had a good experience recently. Manny, was our go-to guy and he certainly knows the meaning of customer service. Great job Manny!!

Every time I enter the store I am greeted and welcomed. Whenever I am passed by a store employee I am asked if I need assistance or just asked how my day is going. Being a person of color I am used to be followed but rarely asked if I need assistance. I really appreciate the respect shown and the treatment as an individual/regular customer and not someone that has to be watched. I receive this at other stores and I do not shop at these stores for that specific reason. Thank you to the Pace Home Depot management and staff for their complete customer service.

The employees at the Pace, Florida location are always helpful and friendly.

They r friendly and NOT Lowe’s. Wish they carried the better fence pickets that Lowe’s has.
