I operate a Kids in Construction Club. Carolyn, Michelle and Dickie have all been very helpful with tools and supplies that I need. They also save the extra Saturday kits for kids that I use with my activities.

Everything wasn’t picked as should be had to walk back in and get the products they didn’t have on the cart even after they assured me it was all there. I will be shopping elsewhere.

We bought the Traeger pro series 22. It was fully assembled at no charge! I think we will certainly enjoy using our new Traeger grill !!

Michelle, at the Service Desk, was very friendly and helpful with my Online Order plus the items I couldn’t load to my Online order because it was On Sale in the store. Michelle rang my additional purchases at the Return register and quickly summoned Landon to help load everything in my truck. Landon could use more experience loading multiple bags and other items; I knew everything I bought would fit when loaded correctly; I had to take charge to show him how to load it for optimal use of space plus balance over the wheel base.

Returned online order which is always a smooth transaction at Home Depot. Then purchased an in store item of same type tool with more abilities. Great employee service through it all.

They are always willing to help you. They great you shortly after arriving. Someone asked if I needed help and directed me to the right location and took over, finding the hardware I needed. Got home and it fit perfect.

We purchased carpet and had it installed. Heather Tim and the Crew 2 crew were absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thankyou

After delivery dates were changed four times we drove to pick out product up ourselves. None of the staff will tell you the same information.

I needed some lumber for a project, but didn’t have a large truck to transport. The employee in lumber asked about my project, helped me select some straight boards that would be perfect for my project, and even cut the longest boards to the exact lengths I needed so they would fit in my small suv. Great guy!

I was looking for a metal roof leak repair product. I needed some advice on the best product to use and how to make the best repair. There wasn't anyone in the store that I could have asked or was even available to point me the right direction to find a repair product.

I bought a small freezer and a kind young man took it to my car and loaded it for me. He was very helpful and polite. We don't find that kind of service in very many places.

I was greeted by every employee I came across and was asked by each one if I needed any help. Very friendly staff.

From the minute I walked in I was addressed with a how can I help you. I really didn’t think they were talking to me. The other stores. I have had to hunt someone down and ask for help and then I was given an isle number. I was having difficulty with my new phone app they young lady at the check out counter showed me how to do it with a smile. She was super nice. What is also important is that it was closing time. Well done all the way around.

They had everything I needed to complete my job.

I came to the store today walked end to end back and forth seen cluttered isles in electrical, lumber, drywall. I had to meet a person on a handicap carts and had to step in the next isle so they could get by because there were bbq grills lined up the whole way down the middle of a isle not hardly enough room for two people to meet let alone two carts.

Customer service made it easy to find what we were looking for.

Poor poor customer service recovery. Ordered an item and had shipped to store. Item came in several packages. Picked up the items only to discover upon returning home that several items were missing. Called store and verified these were missed by their employee upon pickup. Manager offer very little effort to resolve. Drove 3 hours to return. Since she only collects a pay check and doesn’t own the company very little was done to ensure service recovery. This experience not only resulted in me taking my business elsewhere for a 3k purchase, but future home improvement needs will be sought out elsewhere. Mistakes occur, I understand but it’s after the fact that makes the world of difference. Honest review from and real experience. Take your business where it’s valued folks!!
