We purchased three whirlpool appliances 5 years ago and now it was time to replace the washer and dryer. Whirlpool was my choice and it was available and Mike was a tremendous help answering my questions. Love shopping at the Palatka Home Depot!

Customer service has always been great at this store!! Home Depot has everything I need to complete the tasks at hand.

Every time I've shopped at the Palaka store I've received exception assistance. The employees are extremely knowledgeable in each department.

Always polite and helpful, I shop here several times a week. Always a pleasure at my favorite store.

Could not even find an employee to come unlock the tool I wanted to purchase. Walked around the store for 10 minutes and literally never saw 1 person that worked there. Had to order online.

Every time I go to the Palaka Home Depot I get the help I need. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I have what I need. They are friendly and reliable. Every associate that I pass ask if I need help. The return desk personnel are terrific. I've used the curbside and in-store pickup multiple times. I have never been disappointed. This store's staff is some of the best that I've met, and I've shopped my fair share of them from Palaka to Jacksonville to Pennsylvania and all points in between.

Staff are always angry. No one welcomes you to the store. No one is ever around to assist. Prices are ok. Usually items are stocked. The employees act as if they just got chewed out.

I picked up an online order this afternoon, and bought a couple of items at the same time. Michelle and Teresa at the online order counter were very friendly, nice and helpful.

Being a home remodeler, I choose to shop at Home Depot due to their inventory and products carried, as well because of convenience. However, more times than not, it ends up in a lengthy and frustrating experience. I lived in and shopped at the St Augustine store for years, and to see the difference in the workforce and their performance on the job is so drastically different. During the daytime during the week, I couldn’t find that the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. Most questions I pose have to be answered by somebody else who again sometimes refers me to somebody else. The material pick up lane out front is also a disaster. One day, they run it one way the next day they run it a different way. There is no uniform adherence to policy or the rules set forth for it. Which is causes confusion and frustration with people trying to get it in and out of it. In addition and more importantly, it could result in the safety issue if somebody were to get hurt. It seems like there’s never any leadership around to lead the sheep to the field. Whoever handles the director of operations workload needs to get motivated and start working to provide a more organized talent filled work base that understands what the policies and procedures are, and we all follow them together. Same way every day.

Jeanie was the associate who took the call and knew what I was looking for; found the product; and processed the sale since .'Customer Service' was not available.to finish the sale which must be your protocol. It only took a few minutes and was the fastest sale I ever completed on line or in the store. THANK YOU JEANIE FOR YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF HOME DEPOT'S PRODUCTS. As a Pro Member, I have only one issue. Special orders are nearly impossible as opposed to the in the past. I have no Idea why I can not order more than the stores " stock inventory " especially since I am pre paying for it. And why I can not purchase an Item that the Vendor makes. Case in point .. Countertops . I can not order a 12 ft top because the store doesn't stock them is ridiculous.

Heather at service counter was very helpful. Had a couple hiccups in my purchase and delivery. She handled both issues right away ..

I like this store a lot, they are very friendly and help me always with my issues or questions. They make me always feel comfortable counting on them for solutions or advices.

Well I found out that if your forklift certified somewhere else Home Depot will not recognize it. All I wanted was a bunk of plywood. I was doing fine till someone saw me. Oh well.

Palatka Home Depot is committed to great customer service. They always go above and beyond for me and I’ve heard their interaction with other customers and they do the same for them. I’m always greeted by multiple employees while I’m in the store.

Mrs. Christine at the service desk helped me correct a problem with my order. She then expedited my check out. Such a nice young lady.

I bought building materials could not get help other than one woman and she could not lift what we where buying At least she tried the other 10 or 12 employees just walked by us

The people there are awesome, very helpful, and knowledgeable! There is a man they call cowboy he always wears a cowboy hat. I don’t know his name but he is very friendly and always helpful and he always wears a smile. He is extremely nice and helpful and I’d like to say thank you cowboy.!!!
