I love our New Home Depot in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Delivery was perfectly on time and the guys did a quick and efficient job installing our new appliances.

I liked how Home Depot helpers came around for my son and I as we needed a lot of help! One guy helped us out in an area that he was comfortable with. And he was also able to help us out in an area that he was not so comfortable with.

This is one of the best organized and Home Depot location in my opinion. The employees are very friendly and willing to assist anyone. Shout out to Ed for assistance in the Shower doors dept. even though it was not his assigned area. Also exceptional service from L. Ventura and Ms. Robin. The store manager, Norm is the best. All these individuals at the Home Depot in Palm Beach Gardens were instrumental in assisting me with my bathroom remodeling project. Thank you sincerely.

I searched my local HD for a patio heater that was a Special Purchase (at a great price!). However, they didn’t have it there, nor was it at any other HD in my area. But, it was at one 16 miles away. When I called the store to make sure it was there the associate said the inventory showed just one left in stock but he wanted to put his hands on it to make sure. After holding for about 5 minutes or so he got back on and told me he had the item and it will be waiting for me at the Pro desk/checkout! I wish I knew his name to acknowledge him personally. He is the embodiment of exceptional customer service!

Applicance Specialist Paula provided exceptional customer service to resolve an appliance return/exchange. She resolved what was a frustrating and time consuming customer experience, and created a customer for life at the Palm Beach Gardens store. I will certainly recommend Paula and this store to friends.

I done went here and they done got all that I done needed, and it was real shiny-like there!

I needed shelves cut for closets of new condo unit I had just purchased. This Home Depot said they could accommodate me.

My husband and I really like and recommend this door lock. He likes the “Smart” technology it has. It can be programmed with phone and has finger identification. I love that it has a key too as I’m old school. It also has a number code that can be used.

I visit this location at Alton often, and each time I am welcomed with such friendly staff! Taylor at the register provides excellent customer service.

WE STOPPED IN TO HOME DEPOT ON 5210 DONALD ROSS ROAD..PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.. A CLEAN, ORGANIZED STORE WITH SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WILLING TO HELP US.. THEN FOUND A LIVE PERSON INSTEAD OF A MACHINE TO HELP US CHECKOUT.. IF YOU ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO MEET US WITH MS. L. VENTURA, YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE WITH A SMILE. 1. WE WOULD GIVE TIS STORE LOCATION AN A++ !

The staff is unhelpful and try to avoid anyone. Manager is a unpleasant, at best. I HATE that 3 employees stood there and watched me check out. If there are 3 people available, why aren't they checking me out. Do I now work at Home Depot???? Where is my paycheck? When will this self-checkout end??

A hardware store is a nicer place to shop for many items. Prices on some items like fasteners are sway too high. I do not like to go there, but do so at times because it is convenient for what I need immediately. Take care of people first. Profits will follow. retailing. HD is too big to care. Profit margins are large enough to cover lost sales. Warm fuzzies sell. Aggravastion does no.t
