I was shopping in the Palm Harbor Home Depot garden center and it was HOT (July in Florida) and I must have looked it. as the cashier (Nancy) asked if I needed to go cool off in the AC in the store or needed a drink of cool water. That kindness and caring - WOW! Thank you. (I'm fine, just one of those people that always shows the heat.)

I went in seeking information about a replacement for my old counter depth refrigerator. I found a specialist who was extremely helpful and knew the "ins and outs" of the major brands and how to do a thorough search. She definitely knew her refrigerators and helped me make buy the product that would be best for my family.

My Ryobi mower is under warranty has been non working twice in two years. Not only was the ammount of time taken to fix my mower frustrating the first time, but I am now forced to take it to an indepent service center out in Tampa. I can't expect my mower back for at least a month. The least they can do is offer a loaner. It's June and I am once again forced to hire a lawn service to cut my grass.

Sales person was extremely helpful and explained all features of the appliance to me.

Being a condo President, I have been to this store many times for all sorts of items. I have always found what I need. We have used their rental pressure washers, plumbing repair items, mulch and lawn sod. Prices are always very completive. Great people to deal with, and if there is a problem, they will fix it. Store was busy. Employees were busy. Customers appeared excited to purchase items, particularly the garden center. Product was fresh and ready to go!

Cal helped me search for a ceiling fan of my liking then carried it to the register for me since I did not have a cart. He also helped with the register to cash me out. Superb customer service. My husband and I just purchased a home that requires a full reno. I went to the Palm Harbor HD to look at kitchen appliances. As I entered the appliance dept I was greeted by Mary Ann. She asked if she could help me. I informed her I was just browsing. Soon after that exchange I realized I had questions. I returned to Mary Ann since she was the first to greet me. My experience with Mary Ann is too lengthy to share in full, but she was a joy to deal with. I would tell anyone getting ready to remodel their kitchen go see Mary Ann, she's like talking to a friend. She has 23 years of experience, and she really knows her stuff! I wasn't going to buy my appliances that day, but I did because of her.
