Great costumer service and are so very helpful. Kathy in the cabinet department is the best to work with she went out of her way to make sure are new Kraft made cabinets where perfect. We would recommend Kathy to everyone we know Thank you Kathy.

Had to get a gallon of paint custom mixed A young lady , " Daisy" was a very friendly and knowledgeable asset, showing me the plastic round key that doubles as the spout on top of lid. We shared dog photos. Coincidentally. We both own German shepherd dogs! Got in/out of there quickly. Painting fence post black

Mr. Patrick did an amazing job assisting with the sales of some chains. I am so glad that he did. Thank you Mr. Patrick for being so knowledgeable and a value asset to The Home Depot Team. My daughter performed on those very chains in her Aerial Dance Panama City-Showcase at Edgewater.

This store usually has everything I need, and the entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

Make sure your premium boards are not mixed with cheaper boards. Maybe have employees more engaged with customer other than standing in a group chit chatting amongst themselves.

I bought three major appliances Monday from Jeff because of his willingness to go the extra mile and his knowledge of the products. I cannot post a review of the products because they will not be delivered until next month.

Tabitha was so friendly to ALL customers in appliances. Apologized for the wait but took her time with each of us explaining, assisting, and in such a welcoming, friendly manner. No lumber yard so you have to load lumber twice and to make this harder this location does not have enough lumber carts.

I went to the garden center right after church before the crowds and I was greeted by the girl at the register and a gentleman who is also helping hold flags for the skid mover and then once I selected my pebbles and my concrete steppingstones and other heavy things everybody helped to get them in my truck it was very well orchestrated And I beat the crowds . I just wish the Panama, City, store would have as much of the beach stuff as the Panama City Beach store so I don't have to drive so far sometimes

Employees deserve 5 stars only reason for the "4" rating was: H carts were extremely difficult to find. A nice young lady employee gladly moved some stock from one for me to use. The store was not all that "customer" busy so I assume the carts were used for online orders. Most of the stock panels had about four inches of damage on the seam edge but was not marked down. An exceptional store other than that!

Debbie in cabinetry was a beast!!! I had to replace some cabinet doors that were somewhat newly installed. She was able to assist in matching the color and the same build/design. 100% would recommend her skill set

Bought a live Christmas tree and several other plants in various items and was so impressed with the associate who helped me load my Christmas tree and tie it down. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was secured and ready to go!

Jeff, in appliances helped us. He surely knows all about appliances, he guided us in the package that we bought and we feel good about the choices that we made.

Jeff is amazing and walked me through purchasing all my major appliances. He had great ideas which I never crossed my mind. I would wait in line to purchase through him as he is great to work with.

We use homedepot for alot of plumbing needs. and Jerusa always helps us out and makes sure we get everything we needed. Everything always runs smoothly and we always leave wit ha smile on our face!

Clean, well organized and very helpful staff.

I was just going to swap them out. Long story short the Katapult site was having issues and we decided to take a seat on one of the benches that was inside the store. At his point the employees pretending to work and clean just to see what we were doing was overwhelming and stupid. People pretending to dust off the generator boxes, pretending to move around trash bags, but not actually moving anything. And then my favorite the long hairs asset protection manager coming out and staying infront of us. Do you think I’m gonna put this $900 200 pound generator in my pocket and walk out the door. At this point I still couldn’t get the debit card to work so we walked out side. At this point we are outside of the store, not even a threat of taking anything.. now the same people that were following us walked outside and stood next to the buggy stand where we were standing. If I didn’t need this item I would have left and went somewhere else, but we needed it. Finally I get the temporary card and am able to check out. I walked into the store and said look I ordered these two items but I do not need them I need the generator. So we swapped it out and I left with the item that I needed. Among all this the cashier lied. I we were not watching you. I said yes you were, I really didn’t want to purchase anything but I needed this item l. Worst worst worst experience ever.
