Do not rent any of the excavation machinery from Home Depot until the rental department trains the employees on the equipment, and gives customer service training.!! Super dangerous for everyone involved.!!

I always am able to find what I need at Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have a nothing but good to say about Home Depot

I am very happy with my purchases, but lawn lines and garden, more due to old-fashioned and barely working check out computers. I am priced objects would not enter into the computers even when the SKU number was located. I had to take a couple of purchases to customer service for a very knowledgeable woman was able to ring them up.

I drive out of my way to go to this store, rather than their East Sandy location. They always have what I need, and the staff is knowledgeable and professional.

John helped us select a refrigerator by showing different models and options. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again for appliance replacement.

I tried a phone order with shipping. After several calls I thought it was correct, when I received it found out that they shipped the wrong item. The time spent well exceeded a trip to the store.

We have had Home Depot turf in part of our yard for the last eight years. There was no question that when we wanted turf in more of our yard we would buy it from Home Depot. We love the service there.

They have a pathetic 2 day only return policy on appliances. Won’t buy again! The store in general is good.

Do not go here. They don't pay attention or make sure what they are charging you is correct. I had already planted the purchased plant when I realized they charged me $19.99 for a plant that was tiny and clearly had the amount on the pot ($5.98). I had already planted it, so I was unable to return it. If you do choose to go to this Home Depot, watch what you are purchasing. They won't make sure it is correct and will overcharge you.

John in appliances help me get an order re-done. We could not take delivery of a previous order due to major delays in kitchen re-model. He figured out a way to cancel and then re-order at the same price. He really helped me out of a jam.

I have always enjoyed shopping at store. Even when I had problems with a grill I bought last year. I received help. The people working there are helpful and pleasant to work with.

I was shocked to watch a dog take a huge dump on the floor. Owner bagged it, but left a huge mess right where we need to stand to get products. Previously we witnessed a dog urinating on one of the stands. Really disgusting how many dogs are in store

I prefer the display of tools that I see at thee 21st South Store. All the tools and lawn equipment are in one place.

We tried to get help with light bulbs. There was a merchandiser there who tried to help but admitted that she was not the person we needed. Customer Service called someone on the phone and asked them to help, and the associate said that he didn't have time. Customer Service then called someone else who was supposed to come and help but never showed up. The bulb we bought didn't work, so we returned it. We need a bulb, but we need guidance as to which one to buy. I guess we'll go to a competitor and hopefully get better customer service.

Sales person MTB6OLF was visibly bothered and annoyed when having to help customers (like myself) and other elderly customers. Don't know if it was just a bad day or a bad attitude but management needs to have a chat with him.

I rented an excavator on a trailer and a pick up truck. They made me connect the trailer to the pick up truck myself upon renting, and when returning they made me back the trailer in myself, and disconnect myself and put the truck in a special place. This is all all three clowns on the clock. Watched me do this work. Bizarre and trashy. I would go somewhere else.

It is more than 20 years that I shop at park center Home Depot. I never had a problem. The employees are nice and knowledgeable.

Crew2 did a beautiful job on my kitchen and laundry/bath cabinets (refacing, new doors, drawers, lazy Suzan. The work is exact and precise. It looks like a new kitchen. Highly recommended! I also thought the price was reasonable and the products of high quality. Five stars!

I was looking for specific plants and the price, Zion the service Rep.,was so helpful. His help and support saved my time and energy. I enjoyed shopping my plants at Home Depot.
