We went to Home Depot to get our Christmas tree. The selection and pricing were fantastic! The associate who helped us was very quick to offer assistance and was readily available once we had decided on a tree. They had us all smiling and perfectly at ease. We had gone into the store with some trepidation about anchoring the tree to our van's roof seeing as we don't have tie down rails and the sliding doors provide a unique problem. The sales associate was completely undaunted and knew exactly how to tie the tree down so that we could drive home with confidence of not losing our tree. Did I mention that they also carried our tree right out to our van and placed it up on the roof for us? The service we received was absolutely outstanding! Thank you SO much!

i visited this store twice in one day due to my construction. first time i visited the store i needed to order a bathtub and had some questions about it but there was nobody to be found on plumbing section to help me, i had to find a manager and see if he can help me, he finally found me someone with plumbing after 30 minutes, and it wasn't even the only problem after i figured he's not even helpful. my second visit was later that day when i needed some studs in lumber section and had some question about my construction, but this time i found Lannie and he was very helpful and friendly

We recently visited the desk to get help with a furnace and the guy at the desk and the guy that came over for the estimate were both amazing. I will definately use this service again.

This store always has what I need in stock and the associates are always so nice. Most Home Depots are like that, and this one is no exception. Great store, great service, every time!!

I wanted to buy a Weber Grill for my son-in-law for his birthday. I went into Home Depot at Fort Union and the associates were extremely helpful in providing features of each grill. Once I decided on the purchase, the associates helped me open a Home Depot card and I received 12 month interest free. The associates were able to help me with the delivery of this very large grill by the date that I wanted it delivered. It was a great experience!!

I shop at your store all the time. It is convenient and most always has the product I come in for...But I would like to give a special thanks to the Chris and Shauna in the Return booth. Today Chris helped me with not only my returns but assisted me in the purchase of two items. These ladies are the best. They are always willing to help and assist in whatever way they can. Thanks..

Very helpful staff. Very active and friendly. Nearly every employee I saw was either smiling or just in a pleasant mood. I honestly recommend the home depot over and other store of its kind. I got way out of the way sometimes just to go there!

It's nice to see associates, means that if I have a ? I can just walk up and ask for help. I enjoy going to HD because I find the people are polite and wanting to help. My associate was able to help me pick out the product that best suited my needs because he had purchased one himself. There were two features that weren't on the box and he help me set up one feature before I left the store. I really appreciate the help and how he listened to my 1st mistake and set me on the right course.

The store associates are always willing to help out. The stores never question why you need to return an item. They are always so clean for being a shop store. Also I love being treated like the most important person when I walk into the store to when I check out, they are always trying to find any discount they can give me to make my experience much more enjoyable.

I am always pleased doing business with Home Depot. The Associates are if not the best are darn close to it. Granted some are more knowledgeable than others but all are willing to do what it takes to help. Kudos to my Favorite store and their attitude.

Just moved near this Home Depot. Used to live near and shop at two other Home Depots in Salt Lake City area. This one (located at 1310 E Park Centre Dr., Midvale, UT) by far seems better managed. I have had interactions with several associates and they have all gone out of their way to help me.

Had an associate named Josef help me find the item I needed for a gift. He carried the heavy item to the checkout and offered to carry it to my vehicle. Very personable experience at this store!

They have a lot of tenured, experienced people on staff. If you get one of them you have a great experience if not good luck. Store location is optimal to our properties so I would go there not matter.

On the search for carpet -- the personnel were very helpful!

if you're like me, and need some guidance around painting projects, you will find all the assistance you need from the painting department. Wes and Chris gave excellent service, providing knowledge and expertise and matching colors and helping me determine what products I needed. I very much appreciate their skill knowledge and good customer service skills. Thank you!

One of my favorite things about Home Depot is that they always seem to have what I'm looking for; and I nearly always find some new item I've haven't come across before. I like the visits best when I have some extra time to explore, that's how I often get my inspiration for new projects, or solutions for those pesky problems we often find being a homeowner.

My husband and i go to Home Depot at least once a month. The store in our area is always clean and we find the associates very helpful. I can't think of a time when we didn't find what we were looking for at a good price.

I asked the associate, "How well do you know your store?" She answered "I know it well!" She was good to her word. We purchased lumber and that associate offered to cut the items to length. Wow! That saved me. In addition we purchased a new bathroom facet. Found what we were looking for at a fair price. We also looked at a new refrigerator. Nice assortment to chose from. Lusting at this point. Purchase decision coming soon.

The sales associates must hide somewhere in this store. They are never ever ever ever around.

I frequent this Home Depot quite a bit, . The associates who helped me in both the plumbing dept, and flooring dept. were most knowledgable and gave me some good tips. .They showed me where things were at, and answered my questions.

Rick (in paint) was wonderful to work with. He truly deserves to be recognized for not only his overall knowledge, but also for his fantastic customer service. I have been in and out of this store 4 times in the last 3 days and Rick was the associate who helped me pick the perfect paint color for my home. He educated me on the entire paint process (which I never thought I would need to know, but WOW did it help me pick the right color), was extremely friendly and truly knows his business.
