We bought some lumber for home delivery. The delivery team was very professional about the delivery and called to confirm the exalt delivery time and location. The home delivery option is very convenient for oversized lumber and having the lumber precut to your specifications saves a lot of time.

Had a tough experience the night before at this Home Depot, but when I went back the next day, it was like a different store! LuAnn saved the day and Jacob was "the icing on the cake." Prior to my arrival, I looked up everything online to insure the items were in-stock and not only was everything there when I showed up, but so was one item the website said was unavailable. How was that for a nice surprise?!? I was so impressed I took the survey from the bottom of the receipt and hope to win the $5,000 sweepstakes. Thanks again LuAnn and Jake from the Park City, Utah store!

I just purchased a standing tool chest. I could not be happier with the whole experience. Derrick, the sales associate, was super helpful and I love the product I purchased.

I can’t believe that Home Depot continues to let this store operate! My last trip was unbelievable. I wanted a simple 4X8 sheet of masonite. To get to the one and only sheet left I had to move 3 windows that were blocking the rack, remove an empty pallet, only to find the last piece was damaged on the edges and had a fork lift tire track on it. The entire store is a hot mess and should be shut down and cleaned. I have attached 4 pictures of just the isle that I need to be in…make you own conclusions.

I am so disappointed. I normally love shopping at this Home Depot because I live a mile away. Not only was the area completely trashed, there were only a few boards of trex in one color. In addition, there weren’t price tags. There weren’t samples.

Always a solid store to shop at. I just wish that they had more coupons and deals, on a weekly basis. Their online deals are better than shopping at the store.

Deb was very helpful as I struggled to return several defective RYOBI tools.

I have a home in Heber UT and since the home was completed 2 years ago I have taken on a number of projects. The staff at the Park City store are fantastic. They always greet me and offer assistance. I have had great experiences since I started shopping at this store. I told my wife and she recently got to experience it for herself. Keep up the great work - Thank You!

Had to pick up an order and found a few things to purchase while in the store. When at CS desk the girl was very innatentive hardly communicated and struggled with the computer or offering any basic acknowledgement or courtesy to the point I though there may be a langauge barrier. This was soon proven wrong when a coworker came by and everything was put on hold with our transaction and pickup while she had a flirty encounter with her co worker. Upon her return she rang up out additional items which included a piece of lumber. She asked how long it was and I explained I had no idea as there was nobody around or measuring device where I picked it up. She seemed to ignore all that and asked how long it was. Again I explained I dont know and asked if she had a tape measure or means to measure it. Her response was " We have a problem then" I abandoned the item paid for the rest of my purchase and picked up our soil! This not the first time rude inadequate or inattentive service has been provided at this store! Will avoid at all cost and even pay more at competitors who can provide basic levels of service! This employee is a disgrace to the company and should have never been allowed to work the Customer Service Desk!

Friendly and professional customer service, everyone I meet is always wiling to help. A special shout out to Dante, Walt, Charlie, Margot, Ackeem and Val for going the extra mile during my visits to the store (summer 2023-present). I often find what I am looking for or an equivalent product from different brand for business or personal needs. Plenty of parking. Easy access to location. I hope Home Depot knows how lucky it is to have the Park City staff making the company look good.

We had a problem with something and Jake took care of it. All the employees were very friendly. Jake is particularly friendly and helpful everytime we shop

I shop this location primarily and several times a week for work and home life and for the most part is great. Hopeful this location will get an upgrade soon .

I ordered counter tops on february 3rd and did not get them until march 5th, I was told it would only take 2 weeks. This put my remodel project dramatically delayed. Every time I called in to check on my order I was transferred to 4 people before I got someone that could help me. I will look elsewhere for future countertop remodels.

We bought a barn door from Home Depot. and it was installed by R. F. Installations, the installation was done in a faulty manner, such that the bar that the door rides on is not securely anchored to the wall and the door slides to the open position at the end of the bar. We called RF installation to try to get some help with this. And they said they only went through Home Depot. We are extremely unhappy with this and will let everyone know about our poor quality installation and bad experience. Order Number H4415-206161 Order Date Dec. 13, 2021

We were looking for an all purpose carpet for our breakfast room area that would withstand our two dogs footprints and what is tracked in from the adjacent exterior door to this room. The salesperson/ employee had firsthand knowledge of the carpet we were looking for and we our purchase was based on his recommendations. We installed the rug in our breakfast room area and it's perfect!

Joannie, our cashier, was very friendly and went out of her way to meet all our needs

This is a great store but there are too many dogs. My wife won't go with me because of the dogs. I have many times seen dogs peeing on the lower shelves.

Very clean and organized. Very friendly staff.

I’m always half to search for help. Many times they act annoyed saying they don’t have stock but I can see it in the shelf then they have to get it down with reluctance.

Never saw a HD so poorly kept and messy.

If you're looking for kitchen appliances, seek out Linda Wallace. She helped me immensely in sorting out which stove and microwave to order. I will be back to look at refrigerators.

He's a wonderful representative to the customer service team. Jake at the Park City, Ut store was more than kind and patient with helping us at check out. He's very professional and efficient in his duties, a pleasure to have had his help.
