I have shopped at this store from remodeling our kitchen to gardening. They always have someone that know what you need and is willing to walk you to it.

Bennie is always there with a smile. When we first started remodeling the house in 2008 he was one of the best sources to solicit ideas from or how to do things. We spent over 50k at this store over the years working on many projects. It is nice to see someone we have know for so long now. Others include Albert in Millwright and others that have gone over the years such as Alfonso and Herb plus the list goes on. These employees make your store with their dedication to their trade and customer service

It can take awhile finding everything because the store has so many items. I did need a key cut but nobody could be found from that department. So, somebody else helped me. The line took longer than expected. I think they should have more associates on the clock and available to help. Otherwise, I love Home Depot!

Every time we go in to Home Depot we are greet with friendly associates who are very helpful. We don't have to wait very long for large purchases to be brought up front to load in our vehicle. We thoroughly going to Home Depot.

Found what I needed in store. Only went to this location because my home location didn't have the item that I was looking for in stock. Received bad customer service at check out by associate. Associate made an unprofessional comment about my child's crying.

Went to buy a new refrigerator because mine had bit the dust. I was able to look online at reviews and pricing for all of the ones that I wanted to look at before I went to the store to look in person. Our asscociate took his time to sit down and go over pricing and delivery on the two I had picked as my options. He was patient and went through everything, including the protection plans with me. I was unable to go back to the store due to work, so when I called up there to let him know I was sending my husband by himself he remembered me and the refrigerator I had picked out. My husband was also impressed with his customer service. The delivery guys were also great! Overall a great experience.

It took 40 minutes to purchase and load 20 bags of mulch since most of my time was spent waiting for help from a store associate that never came despite two pages after the original associate that said he would be right there disappeared. While waiting, I helped a very pregnant woman load her car with ten bags of mulch after I noticed her trying to do it herself, since there were no store employees to help her either. I ended up being helped only after asking to speak to the store manager and the asst. mgr. showed up instead and helped me load up. I called the store manager later and was told he was out to lunch. I left a message for him to call me back but like all the store associates in the gardening section, I am still waiting. This is not my first disappointing visit to this store. When I reported a previous bad experience the store manager called and told me to ask for him on my next visit so he could apologize in person. Now, I can't even get him to call me back. Lunch must be a very important part of the day for many of the employees here at this store....including the store manager.
