Great customer services and always has everything I need.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employee in the tool rental. He's an older gentleman but he definitely knows his job and does it well.

Had a good sale on Roundup but the container size on sale was not to be found at the display or the regular product area. Gave a very dishonest sale feeling.

I really needed some help to find products i wanted to buy. So i found one asaociate very friendly who really helped

I had a great kitchen designer, (Melissa ). She helped me so much and I cant say enough about what a good designer she is and such a pleasure to work with.

THIS IS MY LOCAL HOME DEPOT STORE. I LOVE THIS STORE. I CAN ALWAYS GET THE HELP I NEED, AND EVERYONE THERE IS SO NICE. THEY MAKE SHOPPING PAINLESS.

Sam an employee from the lot assisted me with a most difficult purchase. He was professional and very sincere. He made my shopping experience way better than ever before.

I asked the cashiers questions and their response to all of my questions was “I don’t know.” Then I asked them to call a manager that might know a little more and they got mad and started rolling their eyes. Then they called over another one of their friends and she said she was their supervisor. I told her I would feel more comfortable speaking with a manager and she stated that the manager wouldn’t know the answers to my questions. Unbelievable,

From managers to employees, the personal here seems to have been raised in a barn. Almost all the Home Depots in the area have a courteous friendly attitude. NOT the Pasadena TX Home Depot location, go there if you want to be treated with zero courtesy, otherwise go spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Everyone was helpful and nice

Jeff was incredibly rude to me, asked him where something was after checking the aisle and showed him the location on the app and he said “it says aisle 14 bay 10” and just stared at me like I was an idiot. It wasn’t there, he said ask someone else because he had been on vacation. A nice lady at the front knew where it was (not where the app said) thankfully but he spoke to me in an incredibly condescending tone and it ruined my experience. Jeff said to ask someone in hardware but there was nobody there which is why I tried to find someone else who didn’t look busy. When I came to front checkout a few minutes later he was standing around doing nothing. It would have only taken him a few minutes to find out for me but instead he felt it was better to make me feel like an idiot for asking for help. Made me not want to “bother” other associates out of fear I would get the same response. It was like I was annoying him by asking him to do his job.

The associate in the appliance department was very helpful. We went to purchase a refrigerator and she found us a great deal that y'all were offering. The wife was happy so I was happy.

Everyone there including walking in the door or was very friendly. Asked me what I needed if I needed any help. And Howard you know he just went above and beyond very kind person. Because of that if I need a new appliance I will be coming back and I will share my experience with others

Michelle at the ProDesk is the best. She is knowledgeable of the products, works efficiently to get you taken care of, and has a smile and greeting that makes the day a little brighter. The entire ProDesk crew is always on point and always makes you feel like you matter.

Being mobility challenged, I so appreciate Home Depot's supply of electric carts that are charged and waiting every time I need one. The front area staff are always ready to help me get one unplugged and help in any way they can. I find the store very organized and easily accessible.

The sales staff in appliances went above and beyond in helping us with our needs and the service to deliver was excellent.
