Love spending time in the Garden Center. Great healthy selection of plants, Innovative gardening tools and supports. Organized isles and end caps. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Fun place to spend my morning walking the all the isles outside.

The people who work here are always quick and knowledegable, they can match any color you need even an old paint lable they do it! Would not go anywhere else even a speciality paint only store! The Home Depot is always available and ALWAYS has what you need, its really amazing!

A good 60% of my total re-build from hurricane Sandy has been done with materials purchased at the Patchogue store, I've gotten to know most of the employees on a first name basis and find it makes for a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience. I'm not too fond of display items placed in the center of front floor, as when you have big items on a cart, it's makes it hard to "maneuver" your way to the check-out (especially on a crowded weekend) As for the products, it seems that if I need it, you have it, and that's what it really all comes down to. KUDOS to the Patchogue crew !

NEEDED PARTS FOR MY SPRINKLERS BUT THJE STORE HAD NONE IT ONLY MAY HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE THE NEEDED PARTS THEY ARE JUST NOT THAT RARE. LOWES HAD THEM.

I love this store but finding an associate when you need help is often problematic; however, most are VERY helpful and knowledgeable. My rating would be higher is that wasn't the case. The store is very clean but often the isles become cluttered - just my experience.

Everyone I encountered was helpful. I was in about 6 different departments! It was an extremely humid outside -- and also extremely humid in the store.Inside the store it was not too hot, just too humid. will be back soon for more supplies!

ALL ASSOCIATES I SPOKE WITH WERE VERY COURTEOUS, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND GAVE VERY QUICK AND ACCURATE INFORMATION. THE CHECK OUT LADY WAS THE SAME WITH A BIG, FRIENDLY SMILE. MY STOP GAINED ME ALL THAT I WANTED-QUICKLY!!!!!

Home depot, recently visited your store for some lawn and garden supplies. While trying to decide best product to 'destroy' the dandelions growing on my lawn I was approached by one of your assistants. Once I explained my issue, your very friendly staff professionally advised which products were available and would work well, as well as reasons for brand differences in price points. No sales tactics or gimmicks, just the honest truth about products offered and their functionality. Load my items into cart, with a satisfied feeling that I had purchased the right product for the job. Could have not done it by myself. great products being advised by great assistant, Home Depot has the winning recipe. I will be back for more products in the future.

I had no trouble finding what I came to buy. There were many items to choose from, at great prices. I had a very short wait on the check out line, and everyone was friendly. I will be back again, as I have been through the year's. And I would recommend Home Depot and this store

Friendly Staff Always Helpful Almost always find what I need

Never have the parts you need, and online says they have 35 pieces,but guy on floor says its wrong? Is this not what sku's and pc's are for? How can they miss count? Plus this same thing always happens. I don't get this problem with lowes they have the parts, plus if it says its in the store it is.

I was more than pleased with the help I received. I was sent to get several items for the project in process. I didn't know where anything was and Joey was invaluable in helping me. As a senior and a woman I could not have handled 50lbs of cement or the 8' 4X4's that needed to be cut into 6ft. lengths He then proceeded to take it to my van and load it for me; with a very friendly attitude.

I always go to home depot for job site materials and last minute household items/tools/chemicals etc, th automotive section is a huge plus!!

The store was nice and clean and the willingness of the associates to help is very refreshing.

This store is conveniently located and always has what I need. On many weekends one of the associates sings over a karaoke type setup, VERY ENJOYABLE to hear. All they associates can tell you exactly where to find any items, even if it is not in the department they are assigned to.

Hardware did an "Excellent" job helping Me with what I needed, But.., in My personal experience in "Every" & "ALL" the Home Depot store's that I have shopped in (and there has been "many" of them across the island) I think you "Definitely" Need to make sure that you Hire way more Noledgable associate's in the Flooring department, because just about Every one of them that I encountered (withe the exception of maybe one gentleman) had Very Little, or Absolutely No knowledge of flooring (especially carpet) what So Ever : \ Especially the Female associates which I found to be most of the time & more than Not who were in the flooring department who didn't have a Clue on how to answers Any of my questions or even what they were talking about...

Store is always in good clean order and the associates are always happy to help, even if you do not need the help.
