Store is a wreck. Difficult to find products. Some employees are lazy and nasty, specially online order clerks.

I always buy supply from this store, All employees are nice, Dave, Sherri and Mike in Paint department. All are nice employes

I own many of these cordless tools. I have never been let down Many tools I have more than 1, since I work at different locations throughout the day .

All the employees I have worked with either in Electrical, Truck rental or building supplies have been so helpful

Most employees have a great deal of experience in the particular department that they work in. You can get lots of options when you encounter a problem that is new to you.

If you need anything cashier Mary is excellent she'll direct you to the right place.

went looking for wreaths and grave blankets tonight.. took 3 tries but when we got to HD - Patchogue we hit the GOLD MINE! Plenty of items, well racked.. and Donna our cashier and Customer Service assistant was SUPER

Don’t ever let them put money right back to your debit card on a return. I was specifically told it would go right back and now I find out they can hold my money for 5-10 days. Doesn’t seem fair when they remove the money instantly on purchase. Always take cash option and deposit it back in if need be

Today I bought 3 materials to seal the wall of my future apartment.

The employees in this store are so knowledgeable and helpful. If they can’t help you they get someone. Very clean and organized. I had a great experience in flooring and appliances.

Extremely satisfied with the help we received in selecting a dishwasher and on other visits for various purchases in other departments. The personnel are always friendly extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding what we need. The store has well stocked shelves and is clean.

We had an excellent experience with Adam V. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went way beyond the call of duty to help us find an item that was not on the shelf by taking down several pallets of stock to see if he could find what we needed. Thanks Adam!

It's easy to find the product online. HOWEVER, you would miss the wellspring of information and answers that only a person like Tianna in appliances can give. We researched the product and could have gone online. Tianna answered all our "what if" questions and we could not have closed on a new large appliance without her expertise. Use this store. Loews does not seem to have the same ability to cater to the customer.

I love this store and the employees and selections. Aside from the parking lot being a mess with hundreds of unavailable spaces due to the tractor trailers parking here overnight for days and taking many spots- this store is excellent.

In this store all of the employees are very helpful. If they dont know the answer to a question they will find someone who does. This store is also very clean.

The store is usually always good to shop in. On 4-9 at 11:30 I asked Anthony an employee of Home Depot for help finding something and his response to me in a harsh tone was “ don’t bother me I’m busy” ! I asked “ too busy for a customer” ? Anthony responded “ don’t give me a hard time” I said ok I’ll talk to a manager, he proceeded to follow me around the store and I told him to leave me alone which he did after about 2 times of me asking. I spoke to Amanda an Asst store manager and she was concerned and said she will address it. I still can’t believe what he said. Beyond terrible.

Low quantities of stock, very busy store and not great employees to help. It was a below average experience. They need better customer service to address the needs and go above and beyond

We dealt with Tiana L in appliances from the Patchogue store buying a washing machine. She was amazing. Excellent knowledge of store inventory and product knowledge. She provided us with helpful information to make our decision. Made the process quick, easy and she was all around a great customer service representative for Home Depot. I usually do not write reviews, but her customer service was impeccable. Thank you Tiana!

I found that all the different things that I was looking for was very organized in all the alses which made my visit very fantastic.
