Great people, ready to help!

Three different associates helped us throughout the store. In all three cases we wouldn’t have been able to find the necessary parts. All three went out of their way to help us find the parts and products we were needing. All businesses should have such friendly and helpful staff!

Derek, met me at my level and politely brought me up to a better understanding. He is an employee I hope someday to see managing a store. He goes way beyond the call of duty and meets the need of the customer.

Would be nice if an employee would help load lumber off rack and into cart. And help load lumber from cart to truck.

As I stated in previous section

We bought a LG washer and stove from Payson Home Depot. The only person to talk to that knows anything about appliances is Phil (in my opinion). I had 2 Whirlpool washers. The first washer wouldn't spin after 3 years. Bought another one at Home Depot, 2 weeks later the sensor quit to start the machine. Phil at Payson Home Depot helped suggested an LG and helped us get a refund on the Whirlpool.

Knowing the product is on the shels and you can get in and back to work is key for me. Other store online inventory numbers are questionable so you call amd end up on hold. I dont have that proeblem at the Payson Homedepot. Their instore wifi is like all the other home depots horrible. Don't try and use their app in store it is useless until you leave. Beware that means scaning your pro account barcode, redeeming awards, discounts, and "snacks" become a big hassle to where I give up and leave.

The Payson store is very close and that helps a lot, but I have been a customer of Home Depot for many, many years, going back to the late 1900's. The first store I visited was in the Atlanta area in the 1980's.

Moving into a new apartment and we needed a few things. Everything we needed and more!

I bought a water softener and some paint supplies. The associates helped me check out and even loaded my car for me. Great place to shop!

For many years I have used my phone land line for my rewards points and once in a while I got coupons that I was able to print and take to the store to get a 10% discount on purchase over $100 dlls. Now those coupons are not printable and I can not take my land line to home depot get the bar code to validate those coupons. Customer service is not available to help either.

While there doesn’t seem to an over abundance of employees at this store. The staff that is present are extremely helpful and courteous.

In early July, I went to the store to get ideas and materials for a barrier for a room doorway to hold a cat in the room. First, I spoke with Morgan. He gave me a couple of good ideas and told me what I’d need to do and what materials I’d need. He was patient and so helpful. Next I went to the lumber dept and spoke with the “young” Cole. He helped me with my ideas and then we decided on using pegboard. He showed me other materials I’d need and cut the pegboard to the dimension I needed. He was kind, helpful, and fun to work with. These 2 men deserve to be acknowledged by the Payson Home Depot! I want them to know how much I appreciated their help. I have checked back with them and will continue that to make sure HD lets them know of my appreciation.

This Home Depot has amazing employees who are helpful and kind. It is the very best Home Depot with the very best employees!!!!

I made my selections online then went into the store to purchase the items. Several of the items where on special however at check I did not receive the special price or discount. When I went to customer service to inquire I was informed that they do not honor online you either purchase in store or online and have it shipped. Online did give to option to pickup that day so I figured they could credit me the approximate $80 discount but no I had to buy it online. I returned all the items and will gladly drive out of my way to shop another home improvement store.

I encountered four different employees at this store. One directed me to replacement screen for my screen door, another helped me find the correct protection barrier to go over the screen, the third helped me choose and order new carpeting for my house and also cut and rolled a piece of vinyl flooring for me, and the fourth cheerfully checked me out. It was a very pleasant experience.

James in lumber was extremly helpful in loading our wood on our cart. He was very pleasant also.

We go to Home Depot regularly and only visit other hardware stores if Home Depot does not have what we need. Our only complaint here is the music. If you chose music that was calming and more layed back - we might stay longer and shop but as it is now we run out of the store because we can not take the heavy metal head banging music and it is piped even into Garden! Yesterday I thought I escaped it but it was louder in the garden section.

Got some EXCELLENT Milwaukee Sawzall blades. They were the length and tooth count I needed...I'm cutting trees, and it's a perfect companion to my chainsaw.

I have lived near this Home Depot since it opened and know a number of them by first name and all are very helpful kind.

I had to buy some supplies on Saturday night at the Payson store. I was met by Lindsay who was engaging, helpful and very pleasant in guiding me to what I needed and expediting the process for my product purchases. In addition Joe at the register was also helpful. The customer service at this store was fantastic.

I always get help finding what I need even when my husband sends me to get tools or equipment for a job. It makes me more valuable to the company.
