Although I have purchased many items at Home Depot, today I went into the store for one item only - a window shade. I found it with no problem but needed a clerk to cut it to size. A nice young man by the name of Jason was there to help. However he was very willing to admit this was only his third day in the department and was not familiar with the procedure. He found Leila to help him. I was very grateful that he did not just proceed with the cutting without knowing what he was doing. Thank you Jason.

While shopping for a wheelbarrow, the sales associate in the garden center was very prompt in providing us with answers to our questions. As always, it has been a great shopping experience!

I appreciate the attitude of employees; helpful, willing to spend the necessary time to respond to customer needs, relaxed & cheerful.

Found everything I was shopping for quickly and enjoyed visiting with the store employees and just shopping for new items.

The help I received from the Associates in the Building Material Department (especially Jason W) was far more than was required of them. I couldn't get help in a couple of other department, but the Associates in the Building Material Department went with me to each of the other Departments until we found everything I needed. Truly a pleasant shopping day at my favorite store.

We always find helpful employees ready to show us where to find items. Checkout people are very friendly and helpful.

Beats having to pick up items in Phoenix and then hauling it 125 miles north. Pick up in Payson and take it the last 25 miles.

Associate named Pat was extremely rude and not at all helpful. She did not even want to take time to refer me to someone else for help.

The products we looked at were easy to find and ask questions about. We purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher on this visit and were very pleased with the Associate. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our final decisions. Ordering the new appliances was quick and easy. We will definitely come back when we want to replace our other appliances.

I went to Home Depot to purchase appliances for my new home that is being built at Roosevelt Lake. I was able to purchase everything for a great price and within my budget! The sale allowed me to buy much nicer appliances than I was hoping for. I also expected to pay a hefty price for delivery as I do not live close to Payson. Delivery is FREE! Awesome! The salesperson was very helpful as well. Thanks Home Depot!

I had been calling several Home Depot stores in search of red concrete wall caps (for retaining walls) and finally found them at the Payson store (I live in Tucson). When I called, I spoke to Rich who found the item, stacked them onto a flat cart, put my name on them and put them close to the cash register since he was not going to be on duty when I arrived that day. He was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for me, especially since I was driving 3 1/2 hours to buy these items! Well done!

I love having the option to go to Home Depot when I want better quality hardware than what is available at Wal-Mart. In our small town, it would be reasonable NOT to have a Home Depot, but we do and every time I walk in, I'm super grateful I don't have to drive 1 1/2 hours into Phoenix to get what I need!

I visited the garden section of Home Depot today and was impressed with the staff assisting in this section. They were knowledgable and very friendly. It was a pleasure shopping today in Payson Home Depot!

We had done some online research prior to coming in to shop for Appliances. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, and helped us compare what we had in mind with what was available. She made the process easy and I would recommend shopping here.

I was in a hurry to get some ant killer. I knew where the product was from last year. I went right to the correct spot, saw what I wanted, grabbed it, and went to checkout. I had to wait for the customer in front of me, but I was in and out in about 3 minutes.

Our old upright freezer of 21 years had just quit and we needed a replacement ASAP and your store Associate Ilene went out of her way to help get us a replacement freezer. We had just recently bought a new Refrigerator and earlier a New Cooking range. They were all great as was your help and especially the delivery men.

The Payson store is wonderful. All the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. There are no long lines and workers are always available to help with loading.

I use Home Depot all the time and will continue. Quick to find the items and and the isles were clean and east to walk into.
