The Payson store is great and if they do not have what we need they offer good suggestions

I am a disabled Veteran and they have parking areas for Vets that have a Purple Heart and Veteran disabled parking. This helps my out a lot. Thank You

This Home Depot is the closest to our cabin and we use it often for home improvement items etc.

A good store with a fine variety of practical items

Everyone we have encountered here is always helpful, kind and will go the extra mile to help us. We enjoy bringing our doggy with us and he loves to go to Home Depot! When we need help, we can always find someone to help us and they are helpful whether they are able to help with knowledge of how to do something or not. Compared to Home Depots in the Valley, we love our Payson location the best! (Although...last year I had to drive to the Valley to buy a snow shovel! : ) )

Pretty much nicest, cleanest store, All employees are helpful , Cross training the different areas by rotating employees would make answering customers questions with locating items. (Also reordering items missing from current stock, 2day delivery would be nice) Best HOME DEPOT I'VE SHOPPED IN WE'VE SPENT ABOUT $40K THERE LAST 3 YEARS.

Home Depot had everything I needed.

Not enough associates.

Ty and Tanner were very helpful. Appliance purchase and front door purchase, everybody including my wife, went over products and prices. Its a process, will see what happens with delivery and then quality of products.

Wide variety of products with helpful employees. Store very clean and products easy to find and assistance when needed.

This store is clean, well-stocked, and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Since we moved into our new home in Payson last week, we have been back to the store several times for large and small purchases and have consistently met with the same helpful courtesy- no matter the size of the purchase.

Overall the store is neat and clean at all times. Most products I can find in Home Depot except for my Modular home supplies. Assistance was available to me most of the time, or someone was called to help me. The three associates Andy in hardware, Kat cashier manager and Charlie were the most pleasant. I would like to add we have a large community of Modular Homes and trailers here in Payson I would like to see more products available to service myself and others.

Funny you should ask if I would recommend the store. It's the only one in my little town so I have no choice. I have to drive 100 miles to be able to shop anywhere else that has what I need. Something has happened the past few months at this store. I've seen many new associates in the store and several regular helpful associates that have been there for long periods gone. Service has declined considerably and it seems there are not enough associates available when you need help. I shop there at least a couple times a week and probably more. It has always had good friendly and helpful associates available. Lately it has been hard to get help and they don't seem to be very helpful. not knowing if they have items or what some of the items are. When I went in today, if there were 4 associates available, I'd be surprised .Even the service desk had very few people. NO one could help me in Paint dept. I waited for 30 minutes and not one came to help. There were other customers waiting as well. An associate that was not assigned to paints "called for help in paints and customers were waiting" and no none came. My wife went twice to service desk and no one was there. I walked the aisles and could not find an associate at all until I reached the opposite end of the store when I found an associate in lumber and I was pretty upset by that time that I never saw another associate until I walked to the opposite end of the store. I asked if he could help and he said he would contact someone. He got on his phone and said he would find someone. I went back to paints and still no one came. 10 minutes later a Stephen came to assist. He was not able to assist because he was not trained to mix paint. He said I should go online and order the paint and color mixing that I wanted and that it would be faster to do this. I was dumb founded by this advise. I live 1 mile from the store. I needed one gallon of paint mixed. This is ridiculous to have an associate say it is faster to shop online instead of going straight to the store. I asked to speak to manager (Issac) and was told he was at lunch and most of the other associates where as well. If I had employees that worked for me and where this incompetent they would not have a job. I could not get any satisfaction with my transaction at all after a 45 minute visit and never got what I went to the store to get. I also was here Friday and needed help in paints and no one was there or ever came. I did not wait but about 10 minutes and then left. This was my return trip today to get what I needed and never was able to get it. Someone needs to really look into this. It is not acceptable.

I have a home in Mesa AZ and rent a cabin in Payson so shop here often. I always enjoy the experience and help.

I love Home Depot. They have what I need and their employees are very helpful.

This store has everything I need or can order it for me in a reasonable amount of time. The associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in every department. The store is always clean and well organized so you know where to go to find what you need and don't have to spend an excessive amount of time looking for it.

Great store! Duane with Tuff Shed went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and me with a purchase of a shed/barn. We had to make some changes from initial design to about the fourth iteration. He was very patient with each change and couldn't have been more pleasant. This store is always clean, friendly and stocked with great products for all of our projects in Pine.

Our check out guy was great. So friendly and nice. His name was Willie, quick and efficient, but wanted to give him a shout out because we thought his personality was so refreshing and welcoming. We have only lived in this town a year, but he was just a good and friendly start to our day.

Only place in Payson I would let re-key a lock. There is a gal there that knows her stuff. Tried elsewhere and they are inept.

Store for the most part is a good experience. Recently the returns portion is not so good. The personnel are short with you, act like they do not believe you, and take a long time to conduct each transaction. Obviously this causes for long lines when there is a lot of store traffic.

I have visited this store many times as it is the only place in town to get the supplies needed for building and or maintaining a home. For the most part its usually a pretty good experience. But bring your patients as most of if not all sales persons are on Payson time(slow). Nothing gets done fast. I have ordered carpet, counter tops, lawn irrigation, Lighting, Paint.....you name it I have probably bought it. And always with the same experience what should take maybe 20-30 minutes usually end up taking no less then an hour. Maybe more employees are needed? Or the ones that are there need better training...Just Saying
