Have someone fix the website. It is terrible!!!!!!

I bought one two by six by eight and tried to pay and go but they only had 2 registers open ,it took forever and a huge line was forming ,everyone was complaining , very incompetent store ,I won't go back there

I purchase a generator and a pressure washer it took about 8 hrs to get my order and no one helped me load it in my vehicle

2 days ago I went to request a inhouse estimate for a front door the employee had a very heavy Spanish accent no sure if he even understood my request had no interest in answering my questions told me that someone will call me today is Thursday and nobody called very bad service

I have used Home Depot store for all of the remodeling I have done in my new home. From painting inside and out, new bathroom remodeling, kitchen and den. Every time I go to Home Depot, I get good service.

Glad I was able to get the product that I needed quickly after finding it was available and conveniently displayed on shelf.

Had to buy a jump pack for my car! And when I walked in everything was clean and every employee said hi to me some more then once! I’ll be back in the future!

Employees always saying hello and they recognize repeat customers.

Always seems like it’s a challenge to get out of the store because nobody is there to check you out or all the registers are busy at self check out

Since being retired I shop during the week as opposed to weekends. The support staff during weekdays is “limited” to say the least. Those stocking the shelves are not knowledgeable to help customers seeking product support. At best, they simply can direct you “hopefully” to the correct aisle to find products.

December 23 and December 24th, I had 3 transactions. All of which were painful cause staff was rude and or had attitude cause of my displeasure at their lack of customer service. One staff member, when i asked politely “Do you work here, sir?” responded with; ”what does it look like?”. No Smock, no name tag but somehow i was supposed to know cause he had a cart and was taking something off a shelf. The next day when trying to get the proper items and pick up an online order i was made to wait in the customer service area for 2 hours for an item to be pulled off the shelf. The manager was called several times. Never came. This site doesn’t care about satisfaction and to be understaffed during the holidays seems both short sighted and silly.

I never have to worry about items not being stocked or not having enough cashiers. I was in and out in 3 minutes

I quit without my pannel

A few weeks back I went to the store looking for a light fixture for my kitchen. And there I was overwhelmed from so many light fixtures but an older gray hair gentleman came to help me and with his help we found the perfect light for my kitchen. I was very grateful for his help cause without his help I would have bought a not so better light. I think he told me he was retired but likes to keep working.Was a very nice and helpful guy but I forgot his name. But I was very pleased with his help.

You have an excellent team of associates in the HD store, especially 2 ladies in the garden section and at the contractors check out.

I am always satisfied with Hime Depot, especially this Pembroke Pines location. The stores are always clean, neatly well stocked, quality products and friendly staff. When I am simply walking through, 9/10 times i am acknowledged and offered assistance in finding something. Even at 10 minutes to closing, employees are pleasant to the very closing for the day. This makes a difference for my shopping experience. I always go out of my way, pass other shops of similar products to go to this location.

This is my neighborhood HD so it's convenient for me. However, it would wonderful if you would make your cashiers aware that they gave a job because if customers. A simple "thank you" would be welcomed instead of the mediocre "there you go".

When I research what I need it always leads me to Home Depot and the Pembroke Pines store has the best people to help.

Shopping experience is always enjoyable here.

He was undeterred spared no trouble to ensure that we were able to get the one my wife wanted and arranged everything for us from the successful purchase to the delivery and installation. He was great and I recommend that anyone interrested in such purchases ask for Donald at the Pembroke Pines Home Depot

Everyone asked if I needed help and the young people at the paint center was very knowledgeable, Markisha helped me and was very polite and so was Curt the paint supervisor. Great team and atmosphere at this Home Depot. Definitely will continue to shop at this Home Depot location

The staff at this location is helpful. However, in the past 3 years there has been a lack of quality control. Damaged Products are being put back on the shelves with missing parts. This month I had 2 instances where parts were missing from the box. Be vigilant so to not have to come back again to the store.

Bought a washer/ dryer combo that was on sale, and had a great experience.

Staff support is non existent in this store. The only area where help is given is the major appliance department. ( I’m sure commission has a factor her.)
