The store was neat and clean and the flange that i needed was in stock. The associate that assisted me was very helpful.

This is a great store! The staff are friendly and helpful, even the other customers seem in a good mood. The workshop projects are organized and the leaders are capable and willing to instruct. The store management is approachable and invested in the success of the customer's experience. I give it a triple thumb's-up!

I could not find a sales associate on the floor in the appliance department on 5-15-2016. Luckily I flagged an associate to track someone down. Thank goodness Andy Garcia came to the rescue. Andy was very professional giving me the information on an Amana Freezer that I purchased. If Andy did not assist I would have walked out of this store. I come here often and hope the corporate office of Home Depot will have enough staff on the floors to satisfy their customers instead of getting frustrated.

Zymoon was extremely helpful and made our experience very entertaining. I am 8 months pregnant and she was very accommodating and always ensuring that we were comfortable while applying for financing and ordering items online. She was very involved with our son and tried to engage him as much as possible.She noticed how stressed we were while selecting items for our first home and made sure to keep a smile on our faces and a provided us a very positive experience.

In general I receive help an employee left me at the key station he said he was going to go on brake he said he was going to send some one, I have to look for an associate to help me, this can improve

Store was easy to navigate. Went to research appliance and was given all the information that I needed to make an informed decision and purchase. Learned that all microwave mfg's EXCEPT Maytag & Whirlpool have standard widths and heights. Valuable information as my prior attempt to replace a Samsung with a Whirlpool was met with disappointment as the Whirlpool did not fit! Highly recommend seeking out Jeff Ambrose if in the market for an appliance!!

The store was clean and well stocked with the items I needed.I needed some wood cut, but had to wait for someone to be paged that can use the power saw. The employee was great and cut to measure with no problem.

Went to buy a tape measure and as I'm coming from a country that does not use imperial system for measure,I needed help with their staff. They were great and very helpful but I did not find any tape that does the reading in meters.... That's ok, I bought the one in ft and in.

We are here almost weekly-the store is always well stocked and more than once an employee has gone out of their way to help me find something.

The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was directed to the Appliance section and was assisted on my way there by another associate who paged the person who worked in the Appliance section. The whole process of getting to the store, being directed to the Appliance section, talking to the associates and finally buying the product took less than 10 minutes

Always get help at this store as compared to other stores including other nearby Home Depot Stores. this is the first positive review I have ever given on Home Depot Stores. Usually I am ignored at these type of stores so this was a very refreshing experience. I do all the home repairs etc. for my home, women should not be ignored at these type of stores, we are a new breed now days and many of us are on our own and take care of our own homes!

Home Depot stores are easy to navigate and to find items while shopping. Most of the time, they carry everything I am looking for; and the prices are about the same or a little less than other home remodeling type stores.

I recently bought a refrigerator in this store and a store associate was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in recommending brands and models suited to my space measurement requirement. He took the time to explain things to me. Thanks Jeff, you were a big help! Love this store too.
